Recognition/Ascendancy

First - Is Recognition absolutely not going to ever require more than 50k words, regardless of writing quality, or is it like a quest, where you have to write up to twice as much if you don't do a good enough job?
I'm asking because if it's the former then my latest post puts me roughly 80% of the way there.  :woah:  

50k words is required for Recognition, but it isn't the ONLY requirement. You also have to do something worth recognizing. If you, for example, were to write 100k words about your character counting grains of sand in the Endless Dunes, that would be a no. When you submit your work for Recognition grading, you have to make the case for why you think you deserve it.

As far as I know, the only Primes that have ever had recognition are:

Shang Tsung - Moores
Trixie - Coruscant
Tearen Wover - Steppes
Sasuke - Endless Dunes
Gildarts - Tangled
Guu - Tangled

Trixie and Sasuke's requests were denied for now (the former is working on it). Also Proto, Thaal, Magus, Jade, Zack, and Illidan have Recognition in their Verses of choice. You can search for the word 'Recognition' in the Logs forum and it will bring up a list.

EDIT: And no one has Ascendancy yet.
