The debuff will last as long as the opponents are trapped in the shadowy tendrils, however, opponents that have a higher stats than him will prove as a challenge as he mostly takes advantage on the weak.

What is the range of this move? How long does the binding effect last, can you make this more specific? How many opponents may be restrained at one time? Does it require extended focus on Gaster's part and, if his focus is broken, is escape possible?

Also, this seems as if it requires the Ranged Materialize proficiency. Please add that to the required proficiencies listed next to the cost!

Quote:Gasterblasters (Ranged Materialized, Ranged) 300 OM: His own trademark weapon to which he can summon up to two massive goat skulls in field. The blasters will shoot out white beams of light at his targets. In fact, Gaster can summon them from anywhere as far as thirty-five feet from him. Summoning takes ~3 seconds before use and ~2 seconds to shoot. Those who come across this attack will notice that his eyes will glow a purple aura.

This move needs a drawback, such as its low power, its difficulty to hit with, the long time it takes to charge, the limited number of times it can be used, the fatigue or harm it inflicts on the user, or otherwise. Must Gaster keep his focus on the move to control the goat skulls? What does it feel like to be hit with the beams of light?

Yep, I knew this was gonna happen. Well, here we go! :xd:

Anyways, for the first move Binding Shadows, the range would be in his immediate area. The binding effect will last until the opponent managed to break out somehow (either by sheer strength or by attacking the tendril), he can restrain up to three opponents since this is only a starting bind attack for him and as for extended focus, that would be required if the other individual is giving him a hard time. Escape is possible if his focus is broken.

For the second move, yes Gaster needs his focus controlling the blasters and this would render him open to sudden attacks from an ambush; to be hit by the beam of light will heavily damage the individual in the way. However, this attack can be blocked by a shield of strong enough defense or a format of counter. Gaster will require a cooldown after the attack to be able to regain himself in field and the more blasters that are out, the longer of a cooldown he needs to take.
