[split] Guu Move Refunding

@Fly Paper Skin: it’s mostly flavor because the move specifically says it can’t be used in battle.

But I guess I can update the move if I can’t full refund it, give it a battle function or something since the utility function kind of loses impact after getting flight. (Full disclosure, I bought flight long after Fly Paper Skin, so I don’t have the same excuse as with the shapeshifting.)

Thanks for your time! I’ll run the update and Enigma in Move Approvals when I have that done later.
