Toying with Time
#9
For some reason, as the girl joined her with a reciprocated method of sustenance, a drink, Caira was slightly comforted with the notion that resembled similarity. It appeared to be a liquid in a familiar thick glass, frosted with a slight chill. Her eyes lingered on it for a moment before the sun's glint on the glass flashed through her lenses.

Caira inclined her head to demonstrate that she listened intently to every word TGB spoke. Every few seconds eyes flickered away under the shade cast by the lenses hovering over her nose, as though she were reviewing the facts and drawing her own conclusions from the information TBG offered. So she isn't human, but she isn't an advanced tool or a weapon either.. Things here definitely worked different, contrary to anything she had ever known. Caira was remarkably impressed with the information that the girl was willing to share, her origin, her make, and of her previous home. She must be strong, she seems to have little fear, even in this unknown place. Slowly a grin formed on the woman's face as she inculcated the meaning of the word 'robot' and instilled the idea of what it represented to her. Power. her eyes widened as she made a deduction at what she was staring at, and a truly advanced one.

Throughout a small pause in the waves of their accommodating conversation, Caira pulled on the reins and tested out the 'controls' or 'navigation', if she could consider the wings such things. The reins grew taught in her grasp, and side to side the horse-like head swayed. Coinciding with these movements were the vertical and adjacent rippling of the expansive wings, beating the ground gently and adjusting to the presence of gravity. They hovered at the peak of an uproar, defiantly ready to fight it blowing a gale in their wake. With the slight yet tense tether, the vision of potential flight grew into more of a reality in her mind.

"Hmm." Caira's hair bobbed in a subtle nod as she grew to know the terminology and the associated definitions. For a moment Caira dropped her guard, a defense built on caution, suspicion, and natural premise.

'Absolute control..'
"Why would you say he offers us an eternity here if people consider him a God?"
the words almost escaped her lips as she wondered if such a being, with immense power- enough to create the entire Omniverse -could be rationalized or psychoanalyzed with the small fragment of understanding she had gained so far. "So I suppose there's no luck there, I wasn't expecting there to be too much, or else it would be so well known that this place might look a tad different.

A God? He's... Omnipotent in this world and- her thoughts paused as TBG's settled movement caught Caira's attention. Involuntarily, she tilted her head a fraction as she recognized the posture as one from her home- the Monastery. Caira blinked at the unexpected. A person had to be quite flexible to do that, let alone a young girl. Perhaps this was one of the many skills of 'robots.'

As she reviewed her choice of words, she spoke, "Well, I don't know too much about robots, but I suspect that in any city, there are people who make choices with unsound consequences." Caira's impression of the girl had grown, she definitely wasn't just some girl, this was the true meaning of a Prime.
