Do you have any suggestions on how to balance this material for use in a move?  http://dc.wikia.com/wiki/Nth_Metal  It was why I asked about the reflection, because I wasn't sure outright negating certain moves would be allowable.

If you need help coming up with a move for that I'd suggest the Move Creation Workshop. That material can exist here with the same logic that Trixie's lightsaber can. The logic being that there are going to be things that are invulnerable to the cutting ability of the blade and are capable of stopping it. The Omniverse puts everything on the same playing field.
