A good example of a new prime that still manages to touch the upper areas of coolness. At first glance from an amateur, she might seem pretty meh. I mean, she's just got a couple of swords and a bot that goes pew pew with either bullets or lasers. So what makes it cool? The fact it all feels very personal to the character (possibly given an advantage due to the readily available artwork). The swords are named, each with a purpose rather than just a reskin with a different length. Sure there's overlap, but due to being well-rounded (stat-wise) 2B can utilise each. Or maybe she just gets bonus points because I'm a weeb. Anyway, the cool move names and more than one sword are all awesome.
As for the drone, having it use guns as opposed to holding them yourself gives an "I'm not dirtying my hands with these" kinda image - which gives you cool points. Mostly because I'm not usually a fan of guns. And a portable death laser is cool - make the charged laser a supermove or something and you're golden. Burst movement and basic super jumping would also help with the master acrobat "up in your face" sword fighting style.
The whole outfit is basically just the typical waifu thing for "girl with a sword" with some modifications. Doesn't get you full points, but the colour scheme is good. I don't know enough about 2B (and you have no personality/backstory stuff on your roster) to make further relevant comments.
In conclusion: 7.16/10 - Get a mega-laser super move (or something sword related if you'd prefer). Explosions are cool, so maybe a self-destruct for Pod 42. Furthermore, someone with a strong weapon (and skilled with it) could probably just whack you about a bunch. Perhaps a cool energy shield or shield made of swords would be a useful move. Or maybe get Survival. Lastly, I wanna see some fire. Fire's cool. Overall, you'd make a cool sidekick.

Honestly, from what I gather, you're basically a pretty boy tsundere. Which, amusingly, your moveset fits. At least the pretty boy part. Gliding across the battlefield does have a sense of aesthetic about it (Stepping Stones), but quick acceleration trumps it. Turning into one big hit looks a lot cooler than multiple weak sword strikes or simply skirmishing with a melee weapon. I might be wrong about your fighting style, but from your moves, that's my general assumption. As in, Hijiri fights at his own constant place, appearing to glide into battle - running through the air (when there's debris or leaves or something). As opposed to a more offensive method of dashing in, smashing your foe, then dashing out.
Appearance wise, I guess his suit is OK. At least, it's a reasonable dark colour.
In conclusion: 4.53/10 - Fair. But you severely lack in the wow factor. A charged flaming katana strike would be cool, or a big explosion. As you're fairly well-rounded stat-wise, you don't stand out much. Although you're geared more towards skill and speed, so get something linked to those. Teleportation is cool, maybe gun for that. And foresight will definitely capitalise on your build. I guess you'd make a fair sidekick once you concede that Cats > Rabbits. I'd probably have to train you in my awesome ways first though.
