As a heads up on Quests

If Quests are essentially becoming writing prompts (sometimes getting you out of the Underverse/into the void/reputation), would the ones now without a set wordcount be eligible for participation bonuses?

(But the void quests, for example, probably wouldn't qualify since I'd assume you'd keep the way the word count works as it is)
