As Cirno and Daiyousei looked up they smiled as they enjoyed the show. Daiyousei started moving her hand to interlock with the ice fairy. Cirno turned her head and smiled with joy at the green haired fairy. It seemed as though this moment would be the dawn of a brand new life
Time seemed to slow to a standstill; as daiyousei looked about to say something and then a arrow struck her back. She stumbled into cirno coughing up blood, hands trembling. Cirno looked at the slowly dying sun fairy her hands trembling in a wave of emotions. She started to scream out for a doctor as she picked up the sun fairy bridal style; and moved pushing her exhausted body to the limits.
“S-stay with me, Dai-chan.” She pushed past a wandering Yuuka who quickly turned only to see cirno’s icicles cracking while she moved as fast as her body would allow. Daiyousei was still alive and kicking and was gripping the small ice fairy’s shoulder. When cirno entered the Doctor’s office, she looked like she was about to just collapse and cry as Dai-chan breathing was quickly growing shallower.
“Help please!” She looked around for the doctor only to see him in his chair. She put the sun fairy on a nearby bench to try and help alleviate the pain. before walking over to him to wake him up. As cirno moved to wake him she saw a bunch of arrows that had struck his back and an open window in the back of the office. Before a person with purple and black smoke coming off of them ran off into the woods with a bow in hand and a quiver on there back.
She was bawling her eyes as she tried to keep daiyousei alive; as a large crack finally shattered the top left icicle. She coughed up some blood; as water slowly left the icicle slowly. Yuuka soon found the two fairies in the doctor’s office; Daiyousei was pretty much dead, with Cirno holding the convulsing body of her dearest friend.
Yuuka never had a sense of true friendship that went beyond just pranking and working together. “You ok there Cirno?” She honestly didn’t have a clue on how to deal with this since she had never really had anyone who she cared a lot for.
Cirno glared at Yuuka with a gaze that would punish those who had harmed her friend. “I will make sure the culprits of the harming of my friend will feel the wrath of me. Yuuka could feel the cold wind slowly picking up around the ice fairy as icicles started to form on the ceiling of the building.
Yuuka knew that she was standing on thin ice with quite literally being there. As Cirno’s wings disintegrated due to a mix of emotions; she forced herself to encase herself in a barrier of ice as a last ditch effort to stop the ice wings from shattering..
After a couple minutes the entire ice cube shattered; and Yuuka could see something stand up. She quite literally realized who it was after she had taken a look, it was Cirno but it wasn’t the fairy she knew. The ice fairy seemed to have gained some height, and had a brand new outfit on that was her normal dress, she had longer hair; a orange scarf was around her neck covering her mouth. “Hello Yuuka Kazami it’s been quite a few years since we first met hasn’t it, well doesn’t matter i got a few heads to smash in . . . so toodles!” Cirno then started to walk off after picking up the sun fairy with relative ease bridal style once again.
She soon walked out, and started to look for anyone who might be a culprit. Sadly she knew that the culprits had most likely escaped as the flower viewing had been disrupted in its final hour/hours.
Now that she knew that they probably escaped she had a urge to punish Clownpiece, so she decided that making her a flag or helping daiyousei pull through would be perfect.
Now let’s see i probably should head after Clownpiece and pin her on a flagpole for making me do her work.” She set to work on making a device that pins someone to something and a flagpole that would hold said fairy.
Once done she picked up the items and after spending a minute to remember where the heck the fireworks had come from she decided that if Clownpiece was anywhere it would be where the things go boom. She soon found that Yuuka had walked up to her and to her surprise said that they needed to head back.
“B-but what about the people who did this?” Cirno looked slightly annoyed at the prospect of retreating only to get a glare from Yuuka. She quickly relented only due to Daiyousei needing the help. “Fine i’ll head back home but i’m heading after the people who did this with or without you and Clownpiece.”
With that she started heading back to get personally ready. She soon found that she was extremely slow; and she wondered how they lost so much speed. Luckily she soon had reached the misty lake, before placeing Daiyousei in a guest bedroom to rest and hopefully survive the ordeal.
Once she had spent a good couple minutes getting supplies ready and had grabbed her tablet for communication after sending a message to Clownpiece to get her star spangled ass back to the shrine.
“Let us see here food, water, spare clothing, vodka. Everything seems to be in order so let’s head.” With that she wrote a note to notifiy Daiyousei; saying she was going out for a unknown amount of time and if she needed her just give her a ring.
Finally she took one final look before closing the door to her house and looked around trying to find where they should head to first. They decided that the shrine could be a good place to meet up with Yuuka before heading out. She couldn’t bear the thought that Daiyousei was a secondary.
Soon she had reached the shrine and found that Reimu and Yuuka had returned but Clownpiece and her friend were in the corner waiting for Cirno. “Ah Reimu, Clownpiece, random fairy who i never got the name of, i’m glad that you weren't attacked. Well Yuuka what’s the plan, Also Clownpiece could you take care of Daiyousei while i’m gone as payment for the work you made me do? Of course i could just make you a living flag if you didn’t want to.”
