If you had Regen (Basic or Advanced doesn't matter) and wanted to spend SP to heal (3,6,9,etc) HP over time instead of all at once, would that require a super? Or would it just be a default use of Regen? Rules specify that you need supers for different uses of Healing, I'm just confused on whether that extends to Regen as well >.>
