I'd suggest taking a look at the moves rule page to see how moves are structured. Checking out the move approval thread will also help, as it'll give you an idea of what an approved move looks like.

Ah, I see, my bad. Here's a more concrete explanation of the move;

The World (requires Ranged Proficiency, Ranged Materialize Proficiency, Remote-Control Proficiency, and Telekinesis) - 600
After a half-second of channeling, DIO can summon his Stand, The World, to deliver his attacks. The World manifests itself as a muscular, humanoid figure that stands at about 7 feet tall and possesses a physical frame similar to DIO. The maximum range at which The World can be materialized scales with DIO's Telekinesis power. Much like Telekinesis, The World's physical capabilities with diminish the further away it is used from DIO. The World cannot be put on "auto-pilot" or act on it's own will-- every action it takes must be directed by DIO himself, and The World will only persist on the battlefield as long as DIO is conscious and of proper mental stability.  Physical damage will be mirrored between the two, meaning sustained damage and Injuries The World takes will appear on DIO. If The World is 'destroyed', DIO himself will be knocked out or even killed. Certain 'status effects' will not be mirrored, however (ex: If The World is set on fire by an attack, DIO will still be burned but will not actually catch on fire himself. If DIO is frozen in place by ice or some other effect, as long as he is conscious, he is capable of materializing and directing The World).

Despite this, The World isn't biological. It is a spiritual being made of psychic essence-- as such, certain effects like poisons and toxins will have no effect.

As of right now, The World has no special abilities that DIO doesn't have. DIO will direct it to perform powerful physical strikes that fall under the capabilities of the Physical Strength proficiency-- punching, kicking, throwing, certain fighting techniques, etc. The main purpose of The World is extending DIO's terrifying melee strikes, but DIO is still capable of acting on his own whilst The World is on the field. Although it requires great mental focus and skill on DIO's part, he is capable of performing combination attacks between himself and his Stand-- striking opponents from two angles, or using The World to bring an opponent within close range to allow DIO to land more reliable physical strikes without relying completely on his Stand.

Although Stands are invisible to non Stand users in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, the will of Omni dictates that all beings can see and touch The World. The great weakness lies in the opponent's capability to exploit The World's mechanics and deal damage to DIO without having to touch DIO himself.
