Powers: Advanced Telekinesis (1000); [pick between Flight (1800), Basic Teleportation (1500), Insight (1600), Foresight (1500) if building at level 2 or above 5000 OM]
Unlock: Spiritual Attunement (500)

Background: From the Outside World of the Touhou Series, but capable of forming an astrally projected body in Gensokyo. As for the Omniverse? She lives on T3 of Coruscant but spends a lot of her time projecting into the Astral Plane. Likely lives a very average life in Coruscant, maybe posing as a Secondary because her prime body has been weakened by her expeditions to the Astral Plane stressing it.
Moves: 3D Printed Gun (300, Req Ranged), Zener Cards (300, Req Ranged, Remote Control)
Total is 4300 OM at the moment.
