Man this is all so - It just is man. It is.
I sink even further into the soft ground, lying on my back and staring at the canopy above. The criss-crossing branches, vines and leaves are arranged in such a way that the sunlight poking through the blanket of branches looks like stars. Shafts of soft, warm light breach through, painting the two of us in mottled luminescence.
"I uh..." Hm. I trail off for a second. My head rolls over to the right, eye level with tiny little creatures TearDude called ants.
"But if we're all the same, if we all happen to be this collective you keep spreakin-" I stop myself, once again.
"I think I need to think," I say with a pleasant tone. I look up and behind me at Tearman, who was still standing there.
"Thank you for expanding my mind horizon and shit."
