If I fused with someone and I have mimic, after we defused would I know all the proficiencies powers and moves of said someone for the 1 hour time period (because we shared the same mind) or would I only know the ones we used while fused?

Unless someone wants to override me, I'm going to say yes. It doesn't make a lot of sense to me that you'd share a body with someone but not remember the moves you shared.

Tiny correction here, though: you don't get their proficiencies. Mimic just lets you use their powers and their moves without needing the proficiencies. You already have Physical Strength (the only proficiency that you can use without a move), so this doesn't make a difference. Just stating this for anyone else reading this.
