This was it. The clash against two vastly different ideologies. MERCY vs. FIGHT. Cyborg vs. monster.
Asriel had been hurt by the bullets in multiple different places. And he was surprised at the pain he felt.
"I was right." Asriel groaned. "Omni...graah!...he took most of my abilities away."
This guy should've been defeated with a thought. And the psykers he mentioned. They were nothing against infinite defense and infinite attack. Looks like I have to step it up.
His fireballs had run out, but before reloading them, he wanted to bring back his STRUGGLE technique, but in a much flashier fashion. The goat pointed his index finger at 13. A beam of space-time itself hit the skitarii. It didn't hurt him, though. It just made him extremely slow for a bit.
"Uh oh! Looks like you're about as fast as a Moldsmal now!" he mocked. Asriel was still quite bitter and cantankerous about being brought to the Omniverse, so he expressed his rage by mocking 13-Jzall. 13-Jzall tried to run towards Asriel, but he found himself tired and sluggish thanks to Asriel's debuff.
Now, Asriel focused for 5 seconds to reload his fireballs. Sure enough, they materialized back into existence. He punched like a pistol and 6 fireballs came streaming towards 13. They crashed into Jzall's stomach with a "WHOOSH!" He winced and almost fell over from the surprise and pain. Asriel rushed towards Jzall, ready to use hand-to-hand combat on him.
But Jzall soldiered on and stood up. He readied a few fire attacks of his own. Fire vs. fire, as they say. The burning rounds shot towards the goat and hit him as he was running. Asriel tripped and fell over, with his back up. He screamed from the burning pain. It hurt. A lot. The fireballs dissolved, as his concentration wasn't focused on them.
Jzall walked over to Asriel and put the gun on his head.
"C'mon, fella. Ya know, you're hurting a kid, right?"
The skitarii stood unyelding over him.
"Ugh, fine!" Asriel exclaimed. "If you're not gonna stop, I'm not gonna stop either!"
The goat stood up and grabbed the ranger's arm. He successfully wrestled the gun out of his hand. But that was to no avail, as the ranger shoved him aside. He just sauntered off and obtained it again.
13 commenced firing at Asriel. The goat hid behind the fountain, which was being barraged by flame bullets.
