Raise your monitor. You're a tall dude, probably over 6', right? I know for me that's a huge issue. I put a phone book under mine because it doesn't adjust high enough. My shoulder used to be a fiery, painful nightmare because office job. Now it still hurts frequently, but not nearly as much.
