[The Vision]

Vision:
You're cool. Really cool. You're a robot with super cool robot things. You've got lasers, and in the future you're even getting a big explosion move! Green is a lame colour though, but I'll overlook it since you can fly. And, you can even learn my moves as well with your mimic! Your conversation abilities and hacking only serve to increase your score further.

In conclusion: 9.5/10 - Go learn all those awesome moves you've got planned. Maybe get some flame decals and a paint job. Then you're set. I'm a bit concerned how frail you are for a robot though. Even I can tank better than you, but I guess that's the trade off you had to make when gaining the ability to fly. Heck, if you did all that I'd have to give you a score above 10! (not the factorial, you're not that good)
