One step after the other the Lord of Latveria's titanium plated boot's pacing against the streets of the superstructured world of Coruscant's tier one. Behind his mask Dr. Doom held a permanent sneer across his scarred face, the recent death of Koal deeply upset him and the Empire that controlled was no longer just a repulsive site of misuse in power, no the Empire now fuels him with immense inconceivable rage. The only thing he wanted now was to fulfill his new blood-lust, to bring vengeance to the death of his fellow friend.  

These cretins, they have truly promoted their own eradication. This "Empire" will find that they have angered the smartest man this world has ever known, they have found a new found place upon my ever changing plans and that place is the territory of enemy. I have not felt this much anger for one sole thing since that accursed Fantastic Four! Soon in the many years I feel is to come this Empire will crumble, perhaps from the inside or even from another faction but the one thing they will surely know is that they have spelled there new for  the wrath of Doom. 

Stopping on the sidewalk of the busy street of tier one, he raised his armored hands near his masked face, studying them, calculating on his next move. A large group of people stepped past him as he stood in place basking in pure anger. Clenching his fists Dr. Doom shouted at the top of his lungs, the passing hover vehicles drowning him out. The death of Koal will not go in vain, the Latveria and the Cabal shall be built and all shall bow before Doom to witness his awesome power. It is time to meet back with Chipra, by now he would had gathered his forces, it is time to raise an army. Doom shall return to the old furry creature not in defeat but in glorious triumphant return.

Lowering his hands and continuing his path down the sidewalk. taking a glance at the road beside him, Doom could see the only thing that made its way down the futuristic highway were vehicles that in on themselves fit the realm. The conveyances were what some lesser minded people would call, from the world of fiction. A floating car listed in as fiction was almost laughable to Doom, anything was possible in the realm of science.

Passing through more branching streets littered with skyscrapers beside them, the good doctor had finally found an elevator that could take him back to the slum of tier five. Without even a second though Dr. Doom stepped into the lift, pressing the correct button to send him down.

As predictable as it was the rest of the trip back to Chipra's garage was uneventful. There was nothing in this dump that could ever amount as an interest for the sovereign of Latveria. Stepping into the busy garage Doom was greeted by Chipra and two others, they of course were new, perhaps even the forces he had gathered. The larger figure was obviously a man, but the interesting part was that he wore a rooster mask. he was most likely a masked criminal but the other beside him, a woman was even more intriguing. Her eyes were like Kaleidoscopes and her entire body looked as if she glowed with a sort of energy that filled her with vibrant colors.  

"Are these the one's that you planned to gather from our previous conversation Chipra?" Doom said crossing his arms, looking down at the furry alien with stern eyes. 

The alien gave a nod waving his left arm to his companions.

"Yes these two are the ones that will accompany you with the raid," Chipra said his voice was no longer filled with hesitation.    

"Good," Doom retorted placing his right hand into his left palm raising them close to his mask's metal chin.
