Toying with Time
#5
The steed ambled freely over to the disintegrating scooter, not heeded by any weight other than the mount over its back. Caira's hand reached for the stirrups to remind the inquisitive horse of its respective duties with the slight pull of creased leather. On her knuckles she felt the warmth of the horse's caressing breath.

Caira's head was inclined, showing an amiable lightness to the young girl whom had crash landed near her, however the woman's body stood stoically, and while not exuding any hostility there were traces of the walling built for the sole method of defense. Skeptically, she dared not touch the device that the girl had mentioned, and promoted as a form of transport. She felt a slight undulation of intrigue, as the scooter faded from her sight and seemingly disintegrated. Caira's expression exuded curiosity, to the unrecognizable device that was TBG's scooter.

This was undeniably, a threatening place, as Caira had learned first hand, its inhabitants included. And notably the girl had mechanics built around her body, like a strange sort of armor, that the purple eyed woman did not recognize as an extent of technology or advanced Cybergenecs. Caira half gasped at the distinction, Another Prime! but the girl had asked a question, and from it, Caira ratiocinated that they were both in the same boat. Captured by Omni, herself slightly addlepated, both ensnared in his trap- this world.

"Pleasure to meet you, TBG," and though Caira found the abbreviation strangely light on her tongue, she reasoned that many worlds converged into this one, and so many names would grow to be more esoteric than ever before. TBG mentioned her home, the announcement and familiarity did not register past Caira's keen ears, and her bewilderment remained evident. "As I have come to learn," the undertone of her voice was that of one with an unmistakable solemnity, "This is Camelot."

The visage that veiled Caira's expression was one that alluded to an invariable contumely, its origin: this place. And she glanced at the map, to signify that she, in a way, held Camelot in her hands.

Caira had greeted the girl, whom asked for information, and indecisively her thoughts went to the small crumbs of knowledge that were listed in the book. She would begin with the basics, "Well, this Kingdom, Camelot, is a part of the Omniverse. These places are accessible from Portals of the Nexus- or the white room you may have arrived in. And though I haven't been here for long," Caira was cautious to not disclose the specific amount of time she had spent there, "It seems Camelot has a rival verse called the Empire. And Camelot undergoes strife because of the battle for ascendancy and prosperity in the Omniverse. A battle which the Empire is prevailing." Caira explicated this verse by comparing and contrasting another, much could be told of the interwoven mechanisms in a system when put alongside another with exceedingly different priorities.

To offer additional insight, Caira mentioned, "I currently am heading for Dalaran, a place of wizardry, and apparently you get there by Pegasi." She smiled a bit, much could be told of a place by its tools. The creatures of mysticism were in her culture, to some extent, but now she would use Omnilium and imagination to summon such a regarded beast.

"Though I don't think I could simply summon wings on this horse, because it then wouldn't know how to fly." Caira chuckled a bit, and pondered the loophole. It would be dangerous if she crashed in the air. Though there was only one thing to clash into aside from the clouds. An island that would hopefully not prove to be her cairn.

The sunglasses that framed her face weighed on her nose, her reflective eyes distinctly illuminated through the provided shade, fixed on the bubble that appeared before her as she focused on identifying attributing characteristics of a Pegasus. As Caira summoned the beast with the idea of wending to Dalaran in the near future, it formed into a slimsy silhouette before, with some time, solidifying into a distinct solid figure of a Pegusus. The existence of the creature adduced at least some of what Caira had said was true, and the excellence of Omnilium's final form grew more opulent as she looked at the majestic creature in awe.
