Forgot to add that. On average, they run out after 10 webs each, at which point Peter has to reload them which takes a second for each shooter. They are able to torn off/broken, it's just a matter of getting a hold of the devices and applying enough force. They're made of metal, so it's relatively difficult to snap them off.
