Seventeen swung the Power Sword halfheartedly.
For his part, ‘Might’ half-assed nothing. The hulking man threw up a forearm to intercept the blade, stopping it just a few inches above the center of his blonde cranium. There was yet another moment of hesitation there as the superhero hoped that it wouldn’t come to this.
Sensing that pause, Seventeen held up a hand and purposefully slow-charged a fistful of ki.
With that threat mere inches from his face, Might had no other options. Shoving aside the sword, he stepped forward and batted aside the bony white fingers of his assailant. Without a moment’s delay, he drove a fist right up into the center of the cyborg’s chest plate. Unprepared as he was for that degree of force, Seventeen was carried by that awesome momentum clean through the boarded window of a nearby store.
A dull thud echoed through the abandoned building as the scrawny machine-hybrid crunched into the linoleum floor. He bowled for a few more feet before a sturdy shelving unit provided the needed pause to his backward motion.
Now we fight.
Scrambling to his feet, Seventeen looked across the dark room to the broken 2x4s which had faithfully served as windows for the years since this place was condemned. In fact, most of this neighborhood was slated to be torn down—at least that’s what the Imperial dossiers had mentioned when the cyborg was trying to find a place to meet Might. This block was so awful that even street urchins and prostitutes didn’t bother to haunt these decrepit tenements and abandoned commercial venues.
Instead of the gaping hole, Might wrenched away the padlocked chain that secured the front door. A beat later, he put his shoulder to the wood and stepped through the door, whose locking mechanism had rusted in place long ago. Even though it was half-concealed beneath the shadows of the decayed store, it was clear that Might had found his resolve in this uncomfortable situation. “We can still back down from this,” he spoke as he walked through the ruins of some display cases. While he still offered an out, it was clear that he wasn’t going to hesitate when he closed the gap between himself and his cybernetic opponent.
Seventeen had already made his bed. The machine-hybrid shouldered his blaster rifle and fired once. Might kept moving forward until the first bolt of energy crashed against his broad chest and caused him to stumble. A second blast smacked against his shoulder, but he was far removed from the scene by the time the third went sailing harmlessly into the far wall of the store. The cyborg tried to follow his adversary, but the huge man had been a technicolor blur against a backdrop of night.
Relying on his ki sense, the machine-hybrid turned and sprayed bolts into the shadow-encrusted depths of the store. Metal, wood, and brick erupted into tiny clouds of dust and particulate as he tried to pinpoint where the hero had gone. After a few moments, Seventeen took a step back and bumped into something unmoving and superbly muscled.
Fuck me.
“SMASH!”
A ham-sized fist crashed into Seventeen’s spine just between his scapula, and before he knew it, he had soared sixteen feet and smashed through an old deli. The machine-hybrid rose to his feet, and even though they wobbled just a little, he found that the remains of the counter provided a nice crutch. Holding out a fist, he summoned a sphere of ki and lobbed it back at the front of the store. The blue projectile hummed as it soared through the wreckage, illuminating everything for a brief moment before vanishing off into the street.
Seventeen had caught Might approaching through the shadows during that fleeting moment, so he had enough time to turn and confront the oncoming hero. Perhaps realizing the play his opponent was making; the hero broke into a sprint.
A sprint that quickly became a superhuman stampede.
“Not this shit again,” Seventeen rasped beneath his breath as he stepped back and threw out his arms. “Field open!”
There was a flicker of green as the energy shield sparked to life around its master. Undaunted, the blur that was Might rushed forward and swung his fist forward into the translucent green shield. There was a moment of resistance—the hero had expected as much—but he didn’t anticipate the explosion that robbed him of reaching his target’s face.
Clenching his teeth together as he was thrown backwards, Might hit the ground shoulder-first but rolled through and made it to his feet rather well for a man of his size. Face and shoulder throbbing with pain, he set it aside and saw his foe channeling energy into outstretched palms.
Seventeen swung his hands together.
“Final Flash!”

Seventeen used T1 Super Attack - Final Flash
(as an aside, Seventeen will match any power up used for the purpose of not completely getting his face punched in too much)
