Correcting everything, per Sans' audit:

Proficiency OM is incorrect. It should be Proficiencies(3,600).
Spent OM is incorrect. Needs to be 5,900, as Debuff Proficiency is only 1,000 OM and you spent 1,400 on it.
Other than that, you are good to go!
