Sans:
Sin: Sloth, Wrath
Sloth is fairly obvious. Sans isn't exactly known for putting much effort into literally anything, primarily due to his nihilistic viewpoint on his own life and of everyone else. It is this same sin that keeps him from stopping The Entity in his original homeworld and is also what gets him killed and sent to the Omniverse in the end.
Wrath has more to do with this interpretation of Sans than anything else. A large part of his arc involves him to let go of the events of the Genocide Route and starting a new life in the Omniverse.
Virture: Charity, Courage
It comes with being a monster. His general kindness and generosity at least gets him buddies, and it is his compassion that drives him to prevent any more "genocides" in the Omniverse. His courage is what makes him more than willing to throw himself into the line of fire when and where it counts.
Ballad:
Sin: Wrath
I mean, he tried to kill the entire Omniverse because he was angry, so....
Virtue: Faith
For a guy who hated all things religion, he had a whole lot of faith in himself and everything he ever made. That's what kept him going.
Isaac:
Sin: Lust
He still yearns for Nicole, and her death is what fuels his insanity alongside his PTSD.
Virtue: Courage
Despite overwhelming odds and everyone dying around him, he just can't give in to fear and despair. He'll truck on no matter how hard it is.
