Cordak Blaster (Ranged Attack Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency, 300 OM): A grey six-barreled rocket launcher, the Cordak Blaster can fire a bright red blunt-headed missile, with a holding capacity of six missiles and a firing rate of a missile every 10 seconds. Each missile travels at 40 MPH and can shatter, if not obliterate, any material softer than solid quartz within 3 ft. of the impact point (6 ft. diameter), with large object either shattering or sent flying. Any harder object won’t shatter, but will be sent flying backwards and being potentially cracked. A Cordak missile can be created at the cost of 150 OM, and requires 5-10 sec. to load the missile into the blaster.
Twin Cutters (300 OM): A light grey bladed weapon shaped similar to two giant claws and is made of protosteel, it is Matoro’s elemental focus, helping him focus his elemental attacks. The twin cutters are capable of cutting through iron with little difficulty, but harder metals, such as steel, require great difficulty to cut through. Extremely hard metals will only to cause for the cutters to bounce off if there's not a griphold.
Elemental Attack - Ice (Ranged Attack Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency, 300 OM): The user shoots a light blue beam of elemental energy (Range 60 ft.), coating the target in a 4-inch thick coating of ice. If the attack hits a living being (Be it a vehicle, Prime, or an NPC), then, depending on where the attack hits, the affected target will either lose 1 SPD (Legs and waist), 1 TEC (Head), or 1 ATK (Arms, weapons, or chest) until the ice thaws away, which varies from 5 to 7 minutes.

Water Breathing (300 OM): The user can breathe in water just as well as they could out of water. However, this does not instantly grant them the ability to swim, which requires the character to learn swimming first or get the Master Acrobat proficiency.

Ice Shell (Debuff Proficiency, Ranged Proficiency) 300 OM: Matoro gathers ice energy in his focus before shooting it as a continuous beam of light blue energy at the target. Upon contact, the target is quickly covered in a thick shell of ice except for the head within 20 seconds of channeling the beam, rendering them immobile once the shell both covers them and is thick enough. Once the shell is thick enough, it takes considerable strength to break out, but escape can also be achieved by using fire attacks, being a cyrokinetic, or using explosives. If none of the previously mentioned methods are used, the ice will take about 5-10 minutes to melt. However, the shell can be stopped from forming preemptively if the beam or the user's concentration is broken, but any ice that had been generated before the beam had been broken or shattered. This attack is very draining at first, but becomes easier to use at time progresses. (Move use limits in D&D terms: 3 + Level)
