Dane Regan is CHALLENGING Batman. He won't attack if Batman gives him some free stuff (i.e. items) and moves in the direction away from the item drop.

Unless Batman doesn't actually have anything, then I'll just feel really awkward. I haven't been paying much attention. I just wanted to do a thing.
