Switching: Steven to Usopp
#1
Switching from the Steven. Apparently I may not need to do the switch cost thing?

Character name: Usopp

Character source: One Piece

Character history: Usopp is the son of Yasopp, a pirate who joined "Red-Haired" Shanks' crew and sailed away, leaving behind his wife and son. Usopp began to lie that pirates were coming. He first began this practice when he started yelling to his mother that pirates were coming in the hopes that it would strengthen her spirits enough to keep her alive. After his mother died, he just continued to do so because of the pain of having lost both parents one way or another, leaving himself alone.

Many of the villagers made a show of chasing him and throwing things at him for running through the town, but they were used to his antics. Some villagers even used his daily run through town as a sort of alarm clock. Aside from his cries of pirates attacking, he also made up stories about adventures to entertain Kaya, a young girl he met who was sick and had to stay in bed all day.

Usopp called himself a pirate and took in three younger kids, Ninjin, Tamanegi and Piiman, as his "crew"; he dubs the group "Usopp Pirates".

After Monkey D Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, and Nami arrived on his island, Usopp's life began to spiral into adventure. Almost immediately, he helped to foil a plot to take his friend's life and fortune from a renowned pirate. His bravery and determination ended up landing him a place on the Straw Hat crew, acting as their resident sniper and general handy-man.

The Straw Hat crew only grew from there, each member being a unique and valued part of the team. From the Reindeer Doctor, to the Skeletal Musician, each brought skills to the crew which helped them all grow stronger. Even when they lost their original ship (the Going Merry), they pressed onward upon a new ship known as the Thousand Sunny, though the loss of the ship hit Usopp hard enough to cause a short-lived rift in the Straw Hats.

Over their travels, the Straw Hats have beaten many powerful pirate crews, criminal organizations, and even government strongholds. They've earned a reputation for causing chaos, and have garnered bounties to match. Usopp's own bounty, in his old world, was a respectable 200 million Berries.

After failing to help save Luffy's brother, Ace, the Straw Hats temporarily went their separate ways. Usopp trained with a man named Hercule, learning the ways of Pop Greens and how to be a greater asset to his friends. 2 years passed, and when it came time to reunite with the crew, Usopp was suddenly whisked away to a strange new world.

Lead Star: (Ranged) Usopp fires a small lead ball bearing or pachinko ball from his slingshot. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Six Chamber Pit-Viper Star: (Ranged) Six Lead Stars are shot at the same time in a snake like pattern at an enemy. Effectively, this is the "charged" version of his normal Lead Star, dealing six-times the damage, but taking six-times as long to prepare and launch. It has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Shuriken Swarm: (Ranged, Area) Usopp fires a chain of several attached Shuriken which, when fired, separate into a large spread of shuriken to cover a wider radius. Deals less damage than his Lead Star, but covers a larger area. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Atlas Comet: (Ranged, Area) Usopp fires 4 Lead Stars which attack a wide area. Effective, this is the "charged" version of his normal Shuriken Swarm, dealing four times the damage and taking four times as long to prepare and launch. It has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Egg Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp launches a rotten egg at the target's face, the stink eliminating their sense of smell. It deals no damage. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Flame Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pellet containing flammable substances, which alight when they contact a foe or surface. It deals little initial damage, but continues to injure a foe over time, usually about a minute (though this can be shorter if a target actively seeks to extinguish themselves). Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Tabasco Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pellet containing Tabasco sauce either at the target's eyes or mouth. The intense burning sensation blinds a foe when hitting them in the eyes, or causes them minor discomfort in the mouth. Effectively, a mouth shot is little more than an annoyance. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Smoke Star: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) Usopp fires a smoke bomb, filling an area with smoke which hinders sight. Less effective than the Tabasco Star. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Red Snake Star: (Ranged) Usopp fires a signal flare that creates a red smoke pillar to alert his friends to his location. The shot travels about a kilometer into the air, spewing red smoke the entire way.

Cactus Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a green pellet that explodes on impact and showers the victim with quills. Deals very little damage, but is excellent at lowering the defenses of a target (lowers Def) for a short time (about a minute or so). Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Usopp Spell: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) In order to distract an opponent, Usopp describes out loud some wince-inducing situations like "Razorblades between your teeth!" to unnerve anyone in earshot. Works like a less effective version of his Cactus Star, but targetting everyone within range of his voice.

Pepper Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pellet filled with pepper at an enemy. It deals no damage, but causes his foe to sneeze uncontrollably, leaving them unable to effectively from plans of attack and defense (lowers Tec) for a short time (about a minute or so). Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Breath Dial: (Ranged, Debuff, Area). A Dial that is normally used to store air or gas. Usually filled with some noxious odor. Works like a less effective Pepper Star, but targetting everyone within the immediate area (about 10 meters).

Sleep Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pink pellet into the mouth of a target, which makes them drowsy and sluggish (lowers Spd) for a short time (about a minute or so). Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Flash Dial: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) A Dial that stores light. By pressing it, Usopp can release any light within as a sort of flash bomb. Works like a less effective Sleep Star, but targetting everyone within the immediate area (about 10 meters).

Sunflower Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Five Lead Stars are shot at the same time in a pentagon pattern. These strike a foe in such a manner as to cause muscle fatigue, rather than actual injury (lowers Atk) for a short time (about a minute or so). Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Full-Power: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) Usopp uses this lie as an excuse that he wasn't at full capacity and that now he is going to fight with his full power. Works like a less effective version of his Sunflower Star, but targetting everyone within range of his voice.

Sticky Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a high speed pellet containing a sticky substance of sorts with a smoke tail at an enemy in order to immobilize them. Wears off fairly quickly, usually only being effective for a few seconds before hardening and flaking away. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Cockroach Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a gigantic pellet the size of a bowling bowl at high speed containing plastic cockroaches at an enemy. An opponent covered in the cockroaches will typically seek to escape them. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Captain Usopp: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) In order to intimidate an enemy and scare it away, Usopp uses this lie to convince the opponent to run away from a huge crew of 8000 men under Usopp's command. Works like a less effective version of his Cockroach Star, but with a larger range, effectively targetting any opponent within voice range.

Oil Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp shoots a pellet containing his "special oil" to slip up an opponent's limbs. A slippery foot will make it harder for an opponent to move, while a hand will make it harder to hold onto a weapon. The limb remains slippery for about a minute. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Usopp Oil Slick: (Debuff, Area) Usopp pours a jug of oil on the ground in about a 3 meter radius circle, or a 9 meter long line. Makes the footing slippery for anyone stepping into the area.

Ketchup Star: (Debuff) A defensive move where Usopp splatters himself with a small ketchup bomb so that it looks like he's covered in blood. This deceives the opponent into thinking he's injured or dead and causes them to drop their guard. Usopp can then use that advantage of their lowered guard to run away or launch a sneak attack.

Usopp Rubber Band: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp threatens his opponent by stretching a rubber band at them. This can be used to "cancel" a foe's "charged" attack, but making them flinch, whether Usopp hits them or not. Has a fairly short range of about ten meters.

Usopp Noise: (Debuff, Area) Usopp plugs his ears, pulls out a small blackboard and rakes his nails across it to make is opponent flinch. Works like a less effective Usopp Rubber Band, but effects everyone within approximately 10 meters.

Usopp Pound: (Debuff) Usopp uses a massive and intimidating "5-Ton Hammer" to strike a target. It's really just two frying pans and paper mache. Deals no damage, but can be used to "psyche out" a foe, causing them to be confused for a short duration.

Usopp Golden Pound: (Debuff) A technique in which Usopp uses a "10-Ton Hammer". The hammer is almost identical to the five-ton hammer in appearance, but it is much larger. While the hammer looks intimidating, it is actually a giant balloon on a stick. Works like Usopp Pound, but affects everyone who can see him.

Caltrop Hell: (Debuff, Area) Usopp drops a trail of sharp caltrops on the ground. Causes minor damage to anyone walking on them, discouraging opponents from approaching or following Usopp. Fills an approximate area of about 3 meters.

Tone Dial: Usopp can record and playback sounds from this dial. Has no real mechanical effect.

Usopp AAaaaAAaaaAA!: (Ranged) Usopp dons a special belt that can fire a grappling hook for him to swing, or grapple to areas with. Has a surprising reach on it of about 20 meters. Can't grapple opponents.

Octopushoes: Suction shoes in the form of octopi that Usopp uses to climb vertical walls.

Usopp Hopping: (Super Jumping) Usopp uses special spring shoes to jump to greater heights. Explanation for Basic Super Jumping.

Usopp Boomerang: (Ranged) A boomerang Usopp uses to somehow retrieve items from afar, with a max distance of about 15 meters. Can't be used on items in the possession of someone.

Usopp Skyrider: A portable parachute kept in his bag, intended to save him if he falls from any high places.

Fresh Egg Star: (Ranged) Usopp fires a regular egg. It deals no damage and has no effect, other than annoying whoever it hits. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Salt Star: (Ranged) Knowing salt to be the weakness of zombies, Usopp launches pellets filled with it into their mouths. Does nothing except give an opponent a salty taste in their mouth. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Usopp Hammer: Usopp is so weak that his signiture melee weapon counts as an incidental weapon. Strictly an annoyance.

Gunpowder Star; Tier 1 Super Move: (Ranged) Usopp fires a highly explosive pellet filled with gunpowder. The sniper only has limited ammo for this attack, but like his Lead Star, it has excellent range and can be fired just as quickly.

Impact Dial; Tier 1 Super Move: A Dial that absorbs any blows directed to it. Usopp can thus use this to absorb a powerful blow.

Just realized that this is a WIP, but here you go! Just some commentary to help you clear some things up/be less vague.

In general, please specify if Usopp can be on the move while using any of these moves.

Quote:Lead Star: (Ranged) Usopp fires a small lead ball bearing or pachinko ball from his slingshot. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Specify how many seconds it takes to load, pull, and release. Like, 2-5 seconds? How fast do the lead balls fly? Price is 300 OM.

Quote:Six Chamber Pit-Viper Star: (Ranged) Six Lead Stars are shot at the same time in a snake like pattern at an enemy. Effectively, this is the "charged" version of his normal Lead Star, dealing six-times the damage, but taking six-times as long to prepare and launch. It has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Again, specify the time it takes to prepare this move. How fast do these lead stars move? Price is 300 OM.

Quote:Shuriken Swarm: (Ranged, Area) Usopp fires a chain of several attached Shuriken which, when fired, separate into a large spread of shuriken to cover a wider radius. Deals less damage than his Lead Star, but covers a larger area. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Specify the dimensions of the wider radius the chain can cover! Tell us how much time it takes to prepare the move! How fast does the projectile chain fly? Price is 300 OM.

Quote:Atlas Comet: (Ranged, Area) Usopp fires 4 Lead Stars which attack a wide area. Effective, this is the "charged" version of his normal Shuriken Swarm, dealing four times the damage and taking four times as long to prepare and launch. It has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Same as the above. Price is 300 OM!

Quote:Egg Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp launches a rotten egg at the target's face, the stink eliminating their sense of smell. It deals no damage. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Specify the time it takes to prepare the move and how fast the egg flies at a target’s face. I’d suggest adding maybe temporary blindness, too, since powerful smells can sometimes do that. How long do the effects linger after hitting a target?

Quote:Flame Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pellet containing flammable substances, which alight when they contact a foe or surface. It deals little initial damage, but continues to injure a foe over time, usually about a minute (though this can be shorter if a target actively seeks to extinguish themselves). Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Specify the amount of time it takes to prepare this move.  How fast does the projectile fly? Also, does getting hit with multiple pellets INCREASE/multiply the move’s negative effects? If so, it’s variable and thus 600 OM. As it is right now, it’s 300 OM.

Quote:Tabasco Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pellet containing Tabasco sauce either at the target's eyes or mouth.

Specify the amount of time it takes to prepare the move. How fast does the projectile fly? How long before the effects wear off? 300 OM.

Quote:Smoke Star: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) Usopp fires a smoke bomb, filling an area with smoke which hinders sight. Less effective than the Tabasco Star. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Specify the amount of time it takes to prepare the move. How fast does the smoke cover an area? How large is the area of effect? How long until it wears off? 300 OM.

Quote:Red Snake Star: (Ranged) Usopp fires a signal flare that creates a red smoke pillar to alert his friends to his location. The shot travels about a kilometer into the air, spewing red smoke the entire way.

Fodder.

Quote:Cactus Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a green pellet that explodes on impact and showers the victim with quills. Deals very little damage, but is excellent at lowering the defenses of a target (lowers Def) for a short time (about a minute or so). Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Specify the amount of time it takes to prepare the move! How fast does this projectile fly? Priced at 300 OM.

Quote:Usopp Spell: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) In order to distract an opponent, Usopp describes out loud some wince-inducing situations like "Razorblades between your teeth!" to unnerve anyone in earshot. Works like a less effective version of his Cactus Star, but targetting everyone within range of his voice.

This would require Telepathy to work.

Quote:Pepper Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pellet filled with pepper at an enemy.

Specify the amount of time it takes to execute this move! How fast does the projectile fly? 300 OM.

Quote:Breath Dial: (Ranged, Debuff, Area). A Dial that is normally used to store air or gas. Usually filled with some noxious odor. Works like a less effective Pepper Star, but targetting everyone within the immediate area (about 10 meters).

How long until the effects dissipate? How long does it take to prepare/carry out this move? 300 OM.

Quote:Sleep Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pink pellet into the mouth of a target, which makes them drowsy and sluggish (lowers Spd) for a short time (about a minute or so). Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

How long does it take to prepare/fire this move? How fast are the pellets? Does being shot with multiple pellets increase/multiply the effects? 300 OM as of right now.

Quote:Flash Dial: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) A Dial that stores light. By pressing it, Usopp can release any light within as a sort of flash bomb. Works like a less effective Sleep Star, but targetting everyone within the immediate area (about 10 meters).

How long does it take to release the light/how long do the effects last? Does the distance of the target(s) from Usopp alter its strength? Priced at 300 OM.

Quote:Sunflower Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Five Lead Stars are shot at the same time in a pentagon pattern. These strike a foe in such a manner as to cause muscle fatigue, rather than actual injury (lowers Atk) for a short time (about a minute or so). Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Again, specify the time it takes to prepare and fire this move. How fast do the lead stars fly? Priced at 300 OM.

Quote:Full-Power: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) Usopp uses this lie as an excuse that he wasn't at full capacity and that now he is going to fight with his full power. Works like a less effective version of his Sunflower Star, but targetting everyone within range of his voice.

Requires Telepathy, most likely.

Quote:Sticky Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a high speed pellet containing a sticky substance of sorts with a smoke tail at an enemy in order to immobilize them. Wears off fairly quickly, usually only being effective for a few seconds before hardening and flaking away. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

How fast is “high speed”? Arrow fast? Bullet fast? What color is the sticky substance/what does it look like, smell like, etc.? Specify how long it takes to prepare the move and the maximum length of time it lasts? Can the effects be multiplied when hit with multiple pellets?

Quote:Cockroach Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a gigantic pellet the size of a bowling bowl at high speed containing plastic cockroaches at an enemy. An opponent covered in the cockroaches will typically seek to escape them. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Same as the above, for the most part.

Quote:Captain Usopp: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) In order to intimidate an enemy and scare it away, Usopp uses this lie to convince the opponent to run away from a huge crew of 8000 men under Usopp's command. Works like a less effective version of his Cockroach Star, but with a larger range, effectively targetting any opponent within voice range.

Again, probably needs Telepathy and high TEC for a guaranteed effect.

Quote:Oil Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp shoots a pellet containing his "special oil" to slip up an opponent's limbs. A slippery foot will make it harder for an opponent to move, while a hand will make it harder to hold onto a weapon. The limb remains slippery for about a minute. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

How fast does the pellet fly, how long does it take to prepare this move? What does the oil look like (I’m assuming it’s not olive oil)? If it misses an opponent, does it create an environmental hazard? If so, how large is the environmental hazard’s area of effect and how long does it last? (That would make it 600 OM, too.)

Quote:Usopp Oil Slick: (Debuff, Area) Usopp pours a jug of oil on the ground in about a 3 meter radius circle, or a 9 meter long line. Makes the footing slippery for anyone stepping into the area.

How long does it take for this move to be prepared?

Quote:Ketchup Star: (Debuff) A defensive move where Usopp splatters himself with a small ketchup bomb so that it looks like he's covered in blood. This deceives the opponent into thinking he's injured or dead and causes them to drop their guard. Usopp can then use that advantage of their lowered guard to run away or launch a sneak attack.

This would probably require Stealth or Telepathy, maybe both.

Quote:Usopp Rubber Band: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp threatens his opponent by stretching a rubber band at them. This can be used to "cancel" a foe's "charged" attack, but making them flinch, whether Usopp hits them or not. Has a fairly short range of about ten meters.

How long does it take for this move to be prepared? Priced at 300 OM.

Quote:Usopp Noise: (Debuff, Area) Usopp plugs his ears, pulls out a small blackboard and rakes his nails across it to make is opponent flinch. Works like a less effective Usopp Rubber Band, but effects everyone within approximately 10 meters.

How long does it take to prepare this move? Like, how long does it take for him to pull the board out, and must he remain stationary while executing this move? Priced at 300.

Quote:Usopp Pound: (Debuff) Usopp uses a massive and intimidating "5-Ton Hammer" to strike a target. It's really just two frying pans and paper mache. Deals no damage, but can be used to "psyche out" a foe, causing them to be confused for a short duration.

I’m not sure, but this seems sort of like it would need Telepathy to fool an opponent. How long does it take to prepare/where the heck does he get the hammer?

Quote:Usopp Golden Pound: (Debuff) A technique in which Usopp uses a "10-Ton Hammer". The hammer is almost identical to the five-ton hammer in appearance, but it is much larger. While the hammer looks intimidating, it is actually a giant balloon on a stick. Works like Usopp Pound, but affects everyone who can see him.

Same as the above.

Quote:Caltrop Hell: (Debuff, Area) Usopp drops a trail of sharp caltrops on the ground. Causes minor damage to anyone walking on them, discouraging opponents from approaching or following Usopp. Fills an approximate area of about 3 meters.

How long does it take to scatter the caltrops?

Quote:Tone Dial: Usopp can record and playback sounds from this dial. Has no real mechanical effect.

Usopp AAaaaAAaaaAA!: (Ranged) Usopp dons a special belt that can fire a grappling hook for him to swing, or grapple to areas with. Has a surprising reach on it of about 20 meters. Can't grapple opponents.

Aaaaallll fodder. Though you might want to make sure that last one can’t count as Flight by adding some restrictions.

Quote:Fresh Egg Star: (Ranged) Usopp fires a regular egg. It deals no damage and has no effect, other than annoying whoever it hits. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

Usopp Hammer: Usopp is so weak that his signiture melee weapon counts as an incidental weapon. Strictly an annoyance.

These count as fodder, just make sure they don’t interrupt attacks.

Quote:Gunpowder Star; Tier 1 Super Move: (Ranged) Usopp fires a highly explosive pellet filled with gunpowder. The sniper only has limited ammo for this attack, but like his Lead Star, it has excellent range and can be fired just as quickly.

How quickly?

Make this:
Quote:Impact Dial; Tier 1 Super Move: A Dial that absorbs any blows directed to it. Usopp can thus use this to absorb a powerful blow.

More like this:

Quote:Shield Surge – Tier 1 Super Move – 600 OM

Alundra focuses all his energy into his shield, allowing him to block even incredibly powerful attacks. Can block any Tier 1 Super Move.
Omni's Note: If you wanted to block Tier 2 or 3 Super Moves, you'd need to make an appropriately-tiered defensive super move.

I assumed the former would be based upon my SPD stat, so I left it a bit vague to allow for a higher or lower Speed to affect how quickly I could fire. If you'd like, I could set up a "base" firing speed for the attacks and an adjustment for differences in SPD. As for the latter, I've edited the description in this post to reflect velocity. All further attacks have been edited to include movement while attacking.

Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Specify the dimensions of the wider radius the chain can cover! Tell us how much time it takes to prepare the move! How fast does the projectile chain fly? Price is 300 OM.

Edited with area of attack and velocity. Will await further instructions on attack speed.

Quote:
Quote:Atlas Comet: (Ranged, Area) Usopp fires 4 Lead Stars which attack a wide area. Effective, this is the "charged" version of his normal Shuriken Swarm, dealing four times the damage and taking four times as long to prepare and launch, and as with Shuriken Swarm, it covers an approximate area of 5 meters in width and height. It has an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Same as the above. Price is 300 OM!

Same as above.

Quote:
Quote:Egg Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp launches a rotten egg at the target's face, the stink eliminating their sense of smell. It deals no damage and the effects linger for about a minute, or until the egg is washed away. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Specify the time it takes to prepare the move and how fast the egg flies at a target’s face. I’d suggest adding maybe temporary blindness, too, since powerful smells can sometimes do that. How long do the effects linger after hitting a target?

Edited to duration of effect and velocity. Did not include a blindness effect as I have a move which already inflicts blindness.

Quote:
Quote:Flame Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pellet containing flammable substances, which alight when they contact a foe or surface. It deals little initial damage, but continues to injure a foe over time, usually about a minute (though this can be shorter if a target actively seeks to extinguish themselves). Multiple shots do not increase the damage, but they DO extend the duration. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Specify the amount of time it takes to prepare this move.  How fast does the projectile fly? Also, does getting hit with multiple pellets INCREASE/multiply the move’s negative effects? If so, it’s variable and thus 600 OM. As it is right now, it’s 300 OM.

Edited to include velocity and the effects of multiple hits.

Quote:
Quote:Tabasco Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pellet containing Tabasco sauce either at the target's eyes or mouth. The intense burning sensation blinds a foe when hitting them in the eyes, or causes them minor discomfort in the mouth. Effectively, a mouth shot is little more than an annoyance. It takes about a minute for the blindness to wear off, though it can be removed more quickly if the target spends time washing the shot away. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Specify the amount of time it takes to prepare the move. How fast does the projectile fly? How long before the effects wear off? 300 OM.

Edited to include velocity and duration of effect.

Quote:
Quote:Smoke Star: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) Usopp fires a smoke bomb, filling a 10 meter area with sight-hindering smoke over a few seconds. Less effective than the Tabasco Star. The smoke typically disperses over about a minute, though heavy winds can shorten this greatly. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Specify the amount of time it takes to prepare the move. How fast does the smoke cover an area? How large is the area of effect? How long until it wears off? 300 OM.

Edited to include velocity, duration of effect, size of area, and speed of coverage.

Quote:
Quote:Red Snake Star: (Ranged) Usopp fires a signal flare that creates a red smoke pillar to alert his friends to his location. The shot travels about a kilometer into the air, spewing red smoke the entire way.

Fodder.

Cool.

Quote:
Quote:Cactus Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a green pellet that explodes on impact and showers the victim with quills. Deals very little damage, but is excellent at lowering the defenses of a target (lowers Def) for a short time (about a minute or so). Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Specify the amount of time it takes to prepare the move! How fast does this projectile fly? Priced at 300 OM.

Edited to include velocity.

Quote:
Quote:Usopp Spell: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) In order to distract an opponent, Usopp describes out loud some wince-inducing situations like "Razorblades between your teeth!" to unnerve anyone in earshot. Works like a less effective version of his Cactus Star, but targetting everyone within range of his voice. Usopp must be stationary to use this attack.

This would require Telepathy to work.

Really? Man. I ain't really looking to read or alter no one's mind. Just to use deception/descriptive speech to affect a psychological response. I may look into reworking this in a manner which wouldn't require Telepathy to work.

Quote:
Quote:Pepper Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pellet filled with pepper at an enemy. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Specify the amount of time it takes to execute this move! How fast does the projectile fly? 300 OM.

Edited to include velocity.

Quote:
Quote:Breath Dial: (Ranged, Debuff, Area). Reaching into his satchel, Usopp tosses a Dial that is normally used to store air or gas somewhere within 15 meters of himself. Filled with a noxious odor, this works like a less effective Pepper Star, but targetting everyone within the immediate area (about 10 meters). The effects typically last about a minute, though a strong wind could shorten this time. Usopp must be stationary to use this attack.

How long until the effects dissipate? How long does it take to prepare/carry out this move? 300 OM.

Edited to include duration of effect and some additional details about deployment. Will await response on Spd stat on attack speed.

Quote:
Quote:Sleep Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pink pellet into the mouth of a target, which makes them drowsy and sluggish (lowers Spd) for a short time (about a minute or so). Multiple hits do not affect how this attack operates, but merely extend the duration of the effect. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

How long does it take to prepare/fire this move? How fast are the pellets? Does being shot with multiple pellets increase/multiply the effects? 300 OM as of right now.

Edited to include effects of multiple hits and velocity.

Quote:
Quote:Flash Dial: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) Usopp reaches into his satchel and retrieves a Dial that stores light. By pressing it, Usopp can release any light within as a sort of flash bomb. Works like a less effective Sleep Star, but targeting everyone within the immediate area (about 10 meters). Those further from the source are affected as strongly as those close to it, but those outside the 10 meter radius are complete unaffected.  The effects of this attack last approximately a minute. Usopp must be stationary while using this attack.

How long does it take to release the light/how long do the effects last? Does the distance of the target(s) from Usopp alter its strength? Priced at 300 OM.

Edited to include details about deployment, duration of effects, and address distance issues.

The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Again, specify the time it takes to prepare and fire this move. How fast do the lead stars fly? Priced at 300 OM.

Edited to include velocity.

Quote:Full-Power: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) Usopp uses this lie as an excuse that he wasn't at full capacity and that now he is going to fight with his full power. Works like a less effective version of his Sunflower Star, but targeting everyone within range of his voice.

Requires Telepathy, most likely.

Again, just trying to use deception to evoke a psychological response. In this case either fear that he's telling the truth or pity because they know he's lying. As before, if I absolutely must have Telepathy for this, I will find a way to rework it so that I won't need it.

Quote:Sticky Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pellet containing a pink, sticky substance of sorts with a smoke tail at an enemy in order to immobilize them. Upon contact, the pellet explodes into what appears to be a wad of chewing gum (complete with fruit scent), coating a limb of the target and holding it in place. The substance decays quickly when exposed to the air, only maintaining a hold on a target for a couple of seconds. Multiple hits can extend the duration, but not the strength of the effect. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

How fast is “high speed”? Arrow fast? Bullet fast? What color is the sticky substance/what does it look like, smell like, etc.? Specify how long it takes to prepare the move and the maximum length of time it lasts? Can the effects be multiplied when hit with multiple pellets?

Edited to include velocity, specify duration, effects of multiple hits, and give details of substance.

Quote:
Quote:Cockroach Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a gigantic pellet the size of a bowling bowl at high speed containing plastic cockroaches at an enemy. Upon contact, the pellet splits upon and the motorized cockroaches escape. An opponent covered in the cockroaches will typically seek to escape them. After about a minute, the cockroaches run out of power and the effects are nullified. Multiple shots only increase the duration of the effect. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Same as the above, for the most part.

Edited to include velocity, duration, and effects of multiple hits.

Quote:
Quote:Captain Usopp: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) In order to intimidate an enemy and scare it away, Usopp uses this lie to convince the opponent to run away from a huge crew of 8000 men under Usopp's command. Works like a less effective version of his Cockroach Star, but with a larger range, effectively targetting any opponent within voice range.

Again, probably needs Telepathy and high TEC for a guaranteed effect.

Haha! I'm not expecting any of these to have any kind of guaranteed effect. No more than any other Move on the site.

Quote:
Quote:Oil Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp shoots a pellet containing his "special oil" (really just vegetable oil) to slip up an opponent's limbs. A slippery foot will make it harder for an opponent to move, while a hand will make it harder to hold onto a weapon. The limb remains slippery for about a minute. A missed shot tends to soak into the environment quickly, making it useless. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Edited to include velocity, description of oil, and the clear up confusion about missed shots.

Quote:
Quote:Usopp Oil Slick: (Debuff, Area) Usopp spends a few seconds and pours a jug of oil on the ground in about a 3 meter radius circle, or a 9 meter long line. Makes the footing slippery for anyone stepping into the area.

How long does it take for this move to be prepared?

Edited to include time to prepare attack.

Quote:
Quote:Ketchup Star: (Debuff) A defensive move where Usopp splatters himself with a small ketchup bomb so that it looks like he's covered in blood. This deceives the opponent into thinking he's injured or dead and causes them to drop their guard. Usopp can then use that advantage of their lowered guard to run away or launch a sneak attack.

This would probably require Stealth or Telepathy, maybe both.

As before, I'm looking to use deception to fool my target, not actually affect their mind nor disappear from sight. I will look into rewording this if Telepathy or Stealth is required.

Quote:
Quote:Usopp Rubber Band: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp threatens his opponent by stretching a rubber band at them. This can be used to "cancel" a foe's "charged" attack, but making them flinch, whether Usopp hits them or not. Has a fairly short range of about ten meters. Usopp cannot move while using this attack.

How long does it take for this move to be prepared? Priced at 300 OM.

As stated above, I assume it would be based on my SPD stat, in this case it would be in relation to the SPD stat of my opponent. A faster opponent would probably be able to launch an attack before I could hit them with the rubber band.

Quote:
Quote:Usopp Noise: (Debuff, Area) Usopp plugs his ears, pulls out a small blackboard and rakes his nails across it to make is opponent flinch. Works like a less effective Usopp Rubber Band, but effects everyone within approximately 10 meters. It takes about a second to pull out the blackboard and Usopp must remain stationary while using this attack.

How long does it take to prepare this move? Like, how long does it take for him to pull the board out, and must he remain stationary while executing this move? Priced at 300.

Edited to stationary nature of attack. As with Rubber Band and other shots, I assume prep time would be tied closely to Spd.

Quote:Usopp Pound: (Debuff) Usopp pulls a massive and intimidating "5-Ton Hammer" from his satchel and threatens to strike a target.

Edited to include where the Hammer comes from. As before, trying to use deception more than altering of the actual mind to induce effects.

Quote:
Quote:Usopp Golden Pound: (Debuff) A technique in which Usopp uses a "10-Ton Hammer", which he somehow pulls from his satchel. The hammer is almost identical to the five-ton hammer in appearance, but it is much larger. While the hammer looks intimidating, it is actually a giant balloon on a stick. Works like Usopp Pound, but affects everyone who can see him.

Same as the above.

Edited to include where the Hammer comes from.

How long does it take to scatter the caltrops?

 Edited to include preparation time.

Only slows fall speed, doesn't allow any sort of gliding or flying ability.

Aaaaallll fodder. Though you might want to make sure that last one can’t count as Flight by adding some restrictions.

Cool. Added in some details about the Skyrider, to clear up any mis

Quote:Fresh Egg Star: (Ranged) Usopp fires a regular egg. It deals no damage and has no effect, other than annoying whoever it hits. Can be fired as quickly as Usopp can load, pull, and release the projectile, and has an accurate range of about one kilometer.

These count as fodder, just make sure they don’t interrupt attacks.

Cool. Will do.

Quote:Gunpowder Star; Tier 1 Super Move: (Ranged) Usopp fires a highly explosive pellet filled with gunpowder. The sniper only has limited ammo for this attack, but like his Lead Star, it has excellent range and can be fired just as quickly.  The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

How quickly?

Edited to include velocity and movement.

To clarify my thoughts on the ones you marked as needing Telepathy, they're lies. I assume they'd affect different opponents different while still having the mechanical effect.

For example, Ketchup Star. One character might actually believe he's dead, while another might see through the ruse and just feel sorry for him. A third might realise the deceptioj, but not want to sully their honor by attacking someone who "obviously gave up".

I figure those kinds of attacks would work slightly differently depending on the mindset of the person it is used on, while maintaining the effect desired.

I'm fairly certain that the switch penalty (the OM loss was what you meant, right?) applies every time you swap regardless of if you wrote the character or not. I'm pretty certain that this was asked before myself, but the search isn't turning up any results. Might be that it got lost when we did the migration to the new site.

Actually, it seems to me that you wouldn't need to take the penalty again. I mean, plenty of people have started a switch app, gone at least part of the way through with it, and then changed their minds at the last second. I see no reason for you to be penalized for that, as Steven doesn't technically exist in the Omniverse if you haven't written as him...

The above Moves are those still unpriced. Also will need clarification on whether I can use all my Moves at a speed related to my SPD stat (ie: I can load and launch at variable speeds in relation to increases and decreases to my SPD stat), or if they'll have a "set" time it takes for me to use them. And whether deception requires Telepathy in regards to these Moves.

I'm sorry for taking so long on this, there are a lot of moves here.

Quote:Also will need clarification on whether I can use all my Moves at a speed related to my SPD stat (ie: I can load and launch at variable speeds in relation to increases and decreases to my SPD stat)

No, sorry. You'll notice that all of the ranged moves in the Rules have "set" times; it's a part of the balancing process.

As for the Telepathy thing, here's what I've determined after talking it over with Mark: It says in the rules that, "With moves you may create advanced applications of telepathy such as tricking opponents or making them believe certain things." If your moves do that, they require Telepathy.

If these "moves" are just fodder and do not have a guaranteed debuff effect on opponents and just work to showcase your character's personality, I would suggest removing them altogether (they can still go in your roster, of course). This also goes for any other descriptions on your list that do not work towards giving you an advantage in a fight.

Lead Star: (Ranged) Usopp fires a small lead ball bearing or pachinko ball from his slingshot. It takes about a second to launch these projectiles and they have an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.
Shuriken Swarm: (Ranged, Area) Usopp fires a chain of several attached Shuriken which, when fired, separate into a large spread of shuriken to cover a wider radius. Deals less damage than his Lead Star, but the shurikens spread out to fill about a 5 meter area of height and width. It takes about a second to launch these projectiles and they have an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Atlas Comet: (Ranged, Area) Usopp fires 4 Lead Stars which attack a wide area.

Egg Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp launches a rotten egg at the target's face, the stink eliminating their sense of smell. It deals no damage and the effects linger for about a minute, or until the egg is washed away. It takes about a second to launch these projectiles and they have an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Multiple shots do not increase the damage, but they DO extend the duration. It takes about a second to launch these projectiles and they have an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

It takes about a minute for the blindness to wear off, though it can be removed more quickly if the target spends time washing the shot away. It takes about a second to launch these projectiles and they have an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Smoke Star: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) Usopp fires a smoke bomb, filling a 10 meter area with sight-hindering smoke over a few seconds. Less effective than the Tabasco Star. The smoke typically disperses over about a minute, though heavy winds can shorten this greatly. It takes about a second to launch these projectiles and they have an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Cactus Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a green pellet that explodes on impact and showers the victim with quills. Deals very little damage, but is excellent at lowering the defenses of a target (lowers Def) for a short time (about a minute or so). It takes about a second to launch these projectiles and they have an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Usopp Spell: (Ranged, Debuff, Area, Telepathy) In order to distract an opponent, Usopp describes out loud some wince-inducing situations like "Razorblades between your teeth!" to unnerve anyone in earshot. Works like a less effective version of his Cactus Star, but targeting everyone within range of his voice. Usopp must be stationary to use this attack.

It takes about a second to launch these projectiles and they have an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Breath Dial: (Ranged, Debuff, Area). Reaching into his satchel, Usopp tosses a Dial that is normally used to store air or gas somewhere within 15 meters of himself. It takes about a second to toss the seashell-like device. Filled with a noxious odor, this works like a less effective Pepper Star, but targetting everyone within the immediate area (about 10 meters). The effects typically last about a minute, though a strong wind could shorten this time. Usopp must be stationary to use this attack.

Sleep Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pink pellet into the mouth of a target, which makes them drowsy and sluggish (lowers Spd) for a short time (about a minute or so). Multiple hits do not affect how this attack operates, but merely extend the duration of the effect. It takes about a second to launch these projectiles and they have an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Flash Dial: (Ranged, Debuff, Area) Usopp reaches into his satchel and retrieves a Dial that stores light. By pressing it, Usopp can release any light within as a sort of flash bomb. It takes about a second to retrieve this device and it works like a less effective Sleep Star, but targeting everyone within the immediate area (about 10 meters). Those further from the source are affected as strongly as those close to it, but those outside the 10 meter radius are complete unaffected.  The effects of this attack last approximately a minute. Usopp must be stationary while using this attack.

Sunflower Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Five Lead Stars are shot at the same time in a pentagon pattern. These strike a foe in such a manner as to cause muscle fatigue, rather than actual injury (lowers Atk) for a short time (about a minute or so). It takes about a second to launch these projectiles and they have an accurate range of about one kilometer.. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Full-Power: (Ranged, Debuff, Area, Telepathy) Usopp uses this lie as an excuse that he wasn't at full capacity and that now he is going to fight with his full power. Works like a less effective version of his Sunflower Star, but targeting everyone within range of his voice.

Sticky Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp fires a pellet containing a pink, sticky substance of sorts with a smoke tail at an enemy in order to immobilize them. It takes about a second to launch these projectiles and they have an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Cockroach Star: (Ranged, Debuff, Telepathy) Usopp fires a gigantic pellet the size of a bowling bowl at high speed containing plastic cockroaches at an enemy. Upon contact, the pellet splits upon and the motorized cockroaches escape. An opponent covered in the cockroaches will typically seek to escape them. After about a minute, the cockroaches run out of power and the effects are nullified. Multiple shots only increase the duration of the effect. It takes about a second to launch these projectiles and they have an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Captain Usopp: (Ranged, Debuff, Area, Telepathy) In order to intimidate an enemy and scare it away, Usopp uses this lie to convince the opponent to run away from a huge crew of 8000 men under Usopp's command. Works like a less effective version of his Cockroach Star, but with a larger range, effectively targetting any opponent within voice range.

Oil Star: (Ranged, Debuff) Usopp shoots a pellet containing his "special oil" (really just vegetable oil) to slip up an opponent's limbs. A slippery foot will make it harder for an opponent to move, while a hand will make it harder to hold onto a weapon. The limb remains slippery for about a minute. A missed shot tends to soak into the environment quickly, making it useless. It takes about a second to launch these projectiles and they have an accurate range of about one kilometer. The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Usopp Oil Slick: (Debuff, Area) Usopp spends a few seconds and pours a jug of oil on the ground in about a 3 meter radius circle, or a 9 meter long line. Makes the footing slippery for anyone stepping into the area.

Ketchup Star: (Debuff, Telepathy) A defensive move where Usopp splatters himself with a small ketchup bomb so that it looks like he's covered in blood.

One of Usopp's faster moves, it takes about a half second to initiate this attack. This can be used to "cancel" a foe's "charged" attack, but making them flinch, whether Usopp hits them or not. Has a fairly short range of about ten meters. Usopp cannot move while using this attack.

Usopp Noise: (Debuff, Area) Usopp plugs his ears, pulls out a small blackboard and rakes his nails across it to make is opponent flinch. Works like a less effective Usopp Rubber Band, but effects everyone within approximately 10 meters. It takes about a second to pull out the blackboard and Usopp must remain stationary while using this attack.

Usopp Pound: (Debuff, Telepathy) Usopp pulls a massive and intimidating "5-Ton Hammer" from his satchel and threatens to strike a target. It's really just two frying pans and paper mache and takes a couple of seconds to deploy. Deals no damage, but can be used to "psyche out" a foe, causing them to be confused for a short duration.

Usopp Golden Pound: (Debuff, Telepathy) A technique in which Usopp uses a "10-Ton Hammer", which he somehow pulls from his satchel over the course of a couple of seconds. The hammer is almost identical to the five-ton hammer in appearance, but it is much larger. While the hammer looks intimidating, it is actually a giant balloon on a stick. Works like Usopp Pound, but affects everyone who can see him.

Caltrop Hell: (Debuff, Area) Usopp spends a few seconds and drops a trail of sharp caltrops on the ground. Causes minor damage to anyone walking on them, discouraging opponents from approaching or following Usopp. Fills an approximate area of about 3 meters.

Gunpowder Star; Tier 1 Super Move: (Ranged) Usopp fires a highly explosive pellet filled with gunpowder. The sniper only has limited ammo for this attack, but like his Lead Star, it has excellent range and can be fired just as quickly.  The shots travel at about 500 meters per second and Usopp can move while using this attack.

Impact Dial; Tier 1 Super Move: A Dial, held in the palm of Usopp's hand which can absorb powerful attacks. It can block any Tier 1 Super Move.

You need something to measure the 'stamina drain' of the moves, like a limited cache of pellets Usopp carries or something like that. Like how a gun can only hold a certain amount of bullets, you know? I'd also like to know a little more about the Impact Dial at the end! How exactly does it absorb attacks?

For ease of use, I'll utilize a Move to represent said stamina drain. As....s'so:

Usopp's Satchel: What appears to be a large coin-purse hanging from a strap is actually the source of Usopp's arsenal; containing all of his inventions, weapons, and gadgets. However, even its sizable expanse can be drained. At full-capacity, his satchel contains 20 pellets, 20 "debuff" pellets, 10 dials, and 4 hammers. Until Usopp actually removes the item from the satchel, its state is in flux. Thus, it could be said that each pellet, hammer, and dial is "generic" until he decides what attack he wants to use. During combat, these replenish at a rate of 1 pellet every 6 seconds, 1 "debuff" pellet evrry 12 seconds, 1 dial every 30 seconds, and 1 hammer every minute.

Impact Dial; Tier 1 Super Move: A seashell-like object with a mass of small apertures on the larger side. Any attack which contacts these holes is absorbed into the shell. Strangely effective against explosion attacks as well. It can block any Tier 1 Super Move.

S'good?

Yes!

Sooo, once you have priced all of your moves I can approve your switch. Did you need help with that? So long as they only have one function they're just 300 OM, remember.

Waitwaitwait, maybe increase the pellet replenish time to.... somewhere between 10 seconds - 20 seconds. 6 seconds is sort of exploitable!

I made it 6 partially because I can fire at 1 pellet a second for most attacks, but also because I have attacks which utilize more than 1 pellet, such as Atlas Comet and Six Chamber Pit-Viper Star. Also made a nice even number per minute of replenishing (10 a minute).

However, I'll bump it up to 12 second per pellet. 5 per minute means they'll fully replenish after 6 minutes, instead of 3. Sound good?

I've priced all my Moves and added another Power. Ready for the next step. I hadn't priced them before cuz I don't really trust my judgement in nothing.
