Can a PC fuse with an NPC? What are the rules on that?
Yup, that's fine. If you want it to affect stats and use it in fights you'd need to buy it as a Power-Up, otherwise it's fine as fodder.

What happens if people your roleplaying with disappear?

How long do I give them and if they do not come back do I just move on like it never happened 0.0
How long you give them depends on you and the other people you're writing with. As for what to do, you write the character out of the story, once you've decided to go on without them.
This is more of an etiquette question - while clicking around and reading other members' work, I noticed that someone is in the middle of a unique quest which someone else just beat them to completion, and I don't think they've realized this. Is an unsolicited PM appropriate, or should I just leave well enough alone?
Usually just shoot any staff member a PM about the situation, and we can take a look and figure out how to sort it out.

I'd say use your fight thread, but since Scarecrow posted picking you up in his thread, you can do it there. Whichever makes more sense.

Just be sure to not actually leave the area until we find out if the Blades plan to pursue you. They can still make chase and stop you from fleeing if they want to do so.

May i use the Emperor as a npc in indirect way for something in my quest for Jak?

[Image: Darkdata.png]Jak/Mar- Dynamite Kid/ DA 2018" (Translated text)[Image: hVDTXBF.gif](Thanks Ezzy!)

The Emperor is not an easy person to get a hold of, even indirectly. You'd need to be a fairly influential individual within the Empire before the Emperor even deigned to call you, let alone meet with you in person.

Until Jak achieves such a status, I'm afraid the answer is no.

If I were to make a weakened form, would it cost OM and need to be sent through move approval?
Thinking about getting Utsuho a "ran out of nuclear fuel" form.
I vaguely recall this being discussed somewhere before but can't find it.

If it's a form where your stats are the same or weaker as your regular form (as in a weakened form not having 1 SPD, where your regular form has 0 SPD) it would be fluff that doesn't cost anything. Limiting your ability to use moves, powers etc. is also fluff, so long as your move doesn't get stronger from it.

Is it possible to work on two different quests at once for the same region, as long as they don't interfere with each other?

Because it will probably depend on what the two quests are, in particular, I the two quests I am referring to are "Curse of the High Tide" and "Lace up your Bootstraps" Both in the Vasty Deep. If so, I know which way I want to take my story, but if not, or if I have to focus on one at a time, I can work with that as well.

Thanks, Yukki Kazuto

I'd say no to that as you have to keep track of all the words you type for your quest and it would be cheating to use the word counts at the same time, if that makes sense.

Interesting idea that I just thought about while browsing through different site npc's histories.

What if, in character, two primes agree to wager some omnillium on a fight. For instance, both primes create an orb of omnillium worth, say, 500 Om. After the fight is over, and one character has claimed their own 500 Om and the other prime's 500 Om, would the staff change the winner's Om level and the other character count it as consumed Om, or would it just be considered role playing fluff?

I'm going to say.... No to the actual gain/loss of Omnilium. It sounds kind of like just giving OM away, not like an actual bounty or tangible item exchange. Users gain OM from writing in fights and competitive events, anyway, and this kind of thing could potentially be abused.

Hello just some questions I would really like answered please.

Vehicle question

So with the rules on flying vehicles being restricted is that for prime vehicles only or does that include secondary vehicles which might be created by means other then summoning? Like for example could one make friends with an npc pegasus and have it offer a temporary lift?

How long exactly can you have a flying assist if you summon one?

Extraction Question

So it says extraction from any items is possible is this just the basic OM you get for posting or can you request more OM if you were to find a rare item in a story line and extract it instead?

I can't think of a situation where a 'vehicle' would be a Prime; that would just be a player or NPC with the Flight power. Secondaries or objects that you summon or find are all under the same laws in regards to the flight rule. You wouldn't be able to find a Pegasus in, say, The Endless Dunes. If you wanted to find one in Camelot that would be fine.

I'm not really sure what you mean here. You can 'have' an Assist for as long as you want. It just costs SP to use them in combat.

It's just OM you get from posting or from a quest.

For vehicles such as hand gliders they are still slowing your descent, I would say get flight (just to cover yourself) before doing anything like that.

Riding on someone else while they fly, I'm gonna say sure (as long as they have an appropriate strength). But it's going to be doubly taxing on them, you'd get about half as far and you'd be much slower.

as for floating vehicles before they count as flying vehicles, I'm going to use my best judgement and say anything that is consistently higher than 3 feet would classify as a flying vehicle.

You could justify a grappling hook as how you RP super jumping, so it's limited to the height of super jump. If you want to be able to grapple people with it, it's going to need a move.
Offensive and defensive uses of burst movement - no extra frills, just striking extra fast or reacting extra fast, incurring the usual fatigue in the process - do these require a move?

Edit - Nevermind. Refined my search terms. Previously given answer was yes.
