Quick and Easy Questions (please read the OP)
Partly dependent on your DEF stat. The higher it is, the more Stamina you have. That said, think of it in human terms. Top speed for longer than maybe a minute is impossible even for highly trained people. That'd be around 2 Spd.

Chara: Nah. OV is weird.

Are our characters allowed to be in multiple threads at once? A lot of sites use a sort of liquid time where it's assumed that threads aren't necesarily taking place at the same time, allowing you to be in a couple of threads at once. However, the way this site is designed, particularly the travel system, gave me reason to suspect that this might not be the case here. vwv

Your character can only be active in 1thread at a time. If You wish to write more You can always add a secondary or a second character.

Just putting this here so other, future, members that didn't see or read the General FAQ or the Rules Of Conduct in the rules section can see it here.

http://omniverse-rpg.com/omnifaq.php#General_FAQ - Q27 addresses this
http://omniverse-rpg.com/omnirules.php#RPingRules - Paragraph 7 Addresses this
I think I've decided on playing a Symbiote (Like Venom) but to start off with, I ONLY want it to bond with Secondaries, something about it being far more difficult to bond with Primes.

The Secondary would offer pretty much nothing to the physical abilities of the Prime, it is basically just the brains and a backbone. Could I consider this level of fusion "Fluff" or would I still need the Symbiosis power to bond with Secondaries? Would this ruling change in a regulated fight? Keeping in mind, of course, the secondary is neither an extra body (assist) or additional power to the same body (fusion.)
It should be fine to just fluff it. At least with a starting Secondary (ie you can't body hop at will, you start with a Secondary and you stick with him). That said, I'd still highly suggest both Basic Fusion and Symbiosis. That should allow you to jump to new Secondaries as you please.

Quote:I mean, if it doesn't affect anyone else, sure. I'm assuming this is moreso changing a block of text on her roster than it is "changing everything about her".

I'm just changing her backstory. Aadibah's personality, weapons, clothing, etc won't change. It's only just battles and what went down in WWIII.
Such terror you are facing
Isn't it wonderful?
It won't really "unbind" with its host until the host dies, at which point it would find and semi-permanently bind to another secondary. Would that be a fair compromise?
Are all NPC Secondaries human (or at least humanoid?) I'm looking for a Secondary that my Symbiote will bond to, possibly with the Symbiote slowly adopting the secondary's traits (like Venom and Spider-man.) Would Secondaries have any such abilities?

Sounds fine.

No, far from. You can read about just a few of the Omniverse's many secondary denizens by reading the individual verse information threads stickied at the top of each IC forum.
Curious about me and the characters I play? See the 'Staff' page! See also the rosters for my characters Samus Aran or Enel if you'd like to see examples of well-formatted rosters. Hope you enjoy the Omniverse!
In regards to your host dying, sincr you'd be attached to it, you'd also die if it's not a personal storyline thing. In that case, it'd be fine to find a new host.

In the same general vein as Chara's question, would some body-changing shenaniganery be allowed? With or without shapeshifting? Somerled is able to permanently change his appearance to a certain degree given a day's time and most of his energy (things like height, age appearance, and sex can be altered, but general facial structure, build, and injuries can not).
Obviously this couldn't be used to do shit like evade people. Old man Somer would still be recognized as Somer and hunted down accordingly.

Unfortunately that would require Shapeshifting proper. Chara just wanted to become older, and permanently (ie, no reverting back). If you want to be able to change repeatedly, even "minor" changes, it needs the actual Power.

If a unrelated NPC/Secondary is still in a thread with Kanda, can i still write with him? I plan to either play him as a third character or otherwise.

Yep that's totally fine.

If I were to create a move where Ratione summons his armor back to him after the battery's been drained, would that require some kind of power or proficiency? I don't see one that focuses on the ability to summon things to you. If not would it just be a 600 OM move?

Summoning armor does not need a power or proficiency, its just using Omnilium ICly. If its a move used during combat ( gives you an advantage of some kind ) you will need to buy a move for it. If it does have a tactical advantage you might need to buy the right power or proficiency.
I would want him to be able to summon it mid-fight, and to be able to resist damage to regular bladed weapons and lower caliber projectiles (mainly arrows and crossbow bolts, and only the lowest caliber bullets/pellets).

Armor in the OV is just represented by your Def stat. Summoning armor wouldn't give you greater resistance to damage. In particular, you can increase your resistance to some things and not others. (Elemental weaknesses and resistances are a no go.) If you want a "shield" type move, that reduces damage against all sources for a limited time, that's fine.
