With the addition of fortifications, I want to get a tier 1 base fortification for my NPC Prime. Can I do that even though they're still pending resurrection?

Seeing as their base has never been shown in-character, would I be able to just say the defenses were always there IC?

With fortifications coming in, I wouldn't mind people buying them and saying they were just the defenses always there (But actually able to have an in-game effect now). It's an NPC so it matters even less.

Is there anything against "long-runner" threads with no planned end, for NPCs? (Besides the fact that, if the thread never finishes, no participation bonus if multiple people are present.)

That is currently how I see this more casual storyline I'm writing at the time, a school in Coruscant since there are presumably some that we never looked at until now. I can always separate the threads to where there's a thread per school week, if that's preferred over a single, never-ending thread.

There's currently no rule (as far as I know) that gives a thread a maximum number of posts before a new thread must be started, so you can go ahead and make a thread that's hundreds of posts long

What were you looking to find out? As long as you're not affiliated with Dracula, Diablo, or the Empire and you don't have an active bounty with the Kingdom, you should be fine to just try and join up. I can't imagine they're in a position to be picky, really.

As long as you have some way of communicating with them, that's all you need. It can be in-person, through telepathy (when in range), or over Communicator. It's pretty much the same as going "hey man here's my email address".

Q35: I want to do an extended flashback. Is this allowed and if so, where do I post it?

A: You may do extended flashbacks either in your character's current location, the Astral Verse, or in the relevant verse forum. If an entire topic takes place in the past, it must be CLEARLY MARKED as a flashback in the topic title. This prevents people from getting misled if they are pursuing your character IC. You may write about past stories from your character's own universe if you so desire in the Astral Verse.

You need to follow all the rules regarding NPCs and Vehicles. You'd need flying for verses that don't allow flying vehicles without the flying power and if you want them to be of any use in an actual fight (PvP) then they'd need to be an assist.
