It's Ben 10!

Character history: Ben is a ten-year-old boy who grew up in Bellwood; he was unpopular and often bullied in his school by two boys named Cash and J.T..

However his life changed the day he went on summer vacation with his grandfather Max and his cousin Gwen. A short time after they left Bellwood, Ben went on a walk through the woods in which they were camping, and witnessed the crash of a strange capsule from space, thinking it was a shooting star. This capsule happened to contain the Omnitrix, a powerful watch-like device, that attached itself onto Ben's left wrist and fused with his genetic code.

At first scared, Ben soon discovered that, using the Omnitrix, he was now able to transform into ten super-powered alien creatures. Unable to remove the Omnitrix Ben eventually learned to use the device in order to become a superhero. Though he occasionally fought and arrested ordinary criminals, he was quickly led to also fight super-villains, starting with Dr. Animo, Kevin 11, and ultimately, Vilgax, a vicious and evil alien warlord who wanted to get the Omnitrix for himself for universal conquest.

Despite being very immature and occasionally using the Omnitrix for minor selfish purposes, Ben is a valuable wearer for the Omnitrix, defeating Vilgax and saving people several times.

Physical Description: Ben's usual clothes consists of a black-striped, white shirt with short sleeves, green pants and black and white shoes with black stripes. Ben wears the Omnitrix on his left wrist. He has brown shaggy hair, green eyes and a rather light white skin tone.

Starting Moves:

Fireball: HeatBlast can form a fireball in his hand about the size of a baseball, when thrown creates a small explosion upon hitting an object, which is only big enough to damage the person or object it hits. It takes only a moment to materialize and it moves as fast as any other thrown object, allowing HeatBlast to fire them fairly rapidly. Cost 300 OMN.

Fire Weapon: Shapes a basic 3 foot long sword out of fire to use in battle. For Heatblast. Cost 300 OMN.

Greetings traveller! Your moves will need a little more description. When it comes to energy attacks like fireballs, some descriptor to differentiate how they work is useful. Are they small, speedy fireballs, or big ones that cause a massive explosion? How do they work? Does he form them in the hand, several at once, or only one at a time? If it's variable, it will cost more OM like 600 OM. See here for more details on description.

For the fire weapon you will need to specify the size and shape of the weapon. Each type counts as a separate move for pricing purposes. Similar ones (like a longsword or long polearm, since it's made of fire and 'blunt' either way) might be counted as similar enough to count as a single move for pricing purposes.

If you want to start with an alternate form you'll need to specify the stats and the physical form (since I assume it's an alien form).

Fireball is still way too sparse, I recommend looking through some of the other examples either on the move page, the other joining topics or the Move Approval topic stickied in help desk for the kind of level of detail we want. A large explosive attack is also going to need Area Attack Proficiency, but again see the other examples of approved moves for the kind of detail we need to see.

Let's run through the checklist. I'll just make up answers for now but obviously you can change these if you want and change the description accordingly.

• How powerful is it? Does it have a wide area of effect, or multiple projectiles? How big is the weapon? What size are the projectiles? It's small and fast so we assume it's pretty weak
• Is it instantaneous, or quick to use? Or is it slow? Smallish and pretty basic, pretty quick to use
• Is it difficult to aim? Must it be aimed at all? Like a normal thrown object.
• Can the user move around or do other things while using the move, or must they be stationary? Like a normal thrown object, so he can still move around
• Does the user have to keep their focus on the move, or is it 'fire and forget'? fire and forget like a normal thrown object
• Does it have effects that linger after the user is no longer performing the move? If so, how long do they last? no so n/a
• What does it look like? How is it performed? How does it feel to get hit with it? fireball, let's say around the size of a soccer ball? Formed in the hands, thrown like a ball?
• Is the move variable, or does it have a fixed method of use? we can do either

It takes only a moment to materialise and it moves as fast as any other thrown object, allowing Ben to fire them fairly rapidly. "

"Ben can create a single fireball, or up to ten fireballs at a time before throwing them. These extra fireballs appear around Ben and move at the same time and in the same direction as his hand-thrown fireball. Doing this takes an extra second or up to five seconds for all ten fireballs, and requires Ben to be stationary unlike creating a single fireball."

Get what I mean now? It includes a bunch of the things from that checklist that were glossed over before and gives a better impression of how big the fireball is, how fast it moves etc.

How's that description? Is that how you envisioned the attack? You can use that description or adjust it if you want.

Forgot one last thing, you didn't add the physical description for his Heatblast form. Needs a reference when you post it in your roster so people knows what it looks like and the size difference compared to his normal form.
