Hello interested super villains. I Scarecrow has come up with the idea for an organization for our society. I would like to hear your opinions on what you what and how this should work before I create this organization.

By power do you mean as in like a gain or something and of course you can work alone its to give you an edge at what plans you have.

She really only works in small to single person groups so like five to one but you would have to give her the approvel of doing things like rading places though she really has it out for Coruscant and Darkshire though she wants Darkshire off the map.

Raiding is fine just don't bring the heat to us all and your group idea is smart small numbers attract less attention.

Don't know if Eon would join but outside advice I can give. I am working on an NPC that might possibly enjoy enrolling though.

Gives off two completely different vibes depending on his mood. He's a Secondary but eventually be a nemesis of Eon's (been working up to that)

Out of the majority the Society will be governed by a counsel. 
It is unofficial who is part of this counsel but when more members arrive we will decide.

After careful  consideration, I have made a small list of rules. 

1.  All SoSV Bases will guard safe haven for those who are Villans or have bounties.
2. only selected members will be sent to qualified goals in order to not create feuds.
3. All official Society business must go through Society counsel  

Any more rules or ideas are wanted.
