Alt. character choices

So I been having problems trying to decide my alt character. I have so many ideas and here they are. ><

Donovan Sparks AKA: "The Night Runner" -

The year is 2011 in San Diego, California; The city has become the most criminal out of all the major cities in the USA. It fell into chaos after the year 1987 when a terrorist biological attack devastated the city in terror. Many riots broke out in the city due to the attack, panicking people to loot stores for survival. Police couldn't help die down all the madness in the streets. The state's government did call in the military but that still didn't help anything and made things get out of hand too much due to executing people in riots and the infected. This made the country's government go in debt and left the city in it's terrible state. Now it has been a decade and the city has been split up into two parts, the civil part is within the Downtown which has a local government control and justice system called the SPA (Serve, Protect, and Acknowledge) they started developing when the military moved out of the city and maintain control of the society within the district even having operations to make places more civil outside the district. The justice system in some parts is corrupted from the politics and is order to do some dark classified operations outside of the maintained district. The other part is the uncivilized and not in control by anyone or government but mainly consists the criminal, the poor and infected. Locals call this district "The Land with no Future." but the Justice department calls it the "Grey Zone". A man who is 25 named Donovan Sparks, grew up in the city during the terrible times and lived with a family in the downtown area who was involved with the city's politics but was killed from the justice forces ordered by a corrupted individual. Donovan was the only one left alive and mistakenly not killed from the forces that was sent to kill him too. He survived from the incident and lived in grief for years losing his perfect life and the only family he had. The days he lived without his family was in the Grey Zone and trained himself to do the right and destroy the evil and corruption of life. Through his early adult years, he scavenged for weapons and etc to build himself up to be the true hero of the city. He also obtain a black Camaro IROC-Z28 and customized it to make it fast and a well built vehicle for action which is his signature car. Now he drives through the streets of the ghetto in the Gray Zone and helps the ones in need and kills off the evil that threatens anything. Some people call him a hero and others call him a criminal because of the actions he does but many call him "The Night Runner" since he mainly drives through the night and gets away from the SPA or other enemies that chase him.

Welp, since no one hasn't put a vote in for a couple day. I am going to say that Kung Fury will be my choice for my alt. since he has been picked for popular demand. Thanks for your opinions everyone.
