So I've been thinking about working towards a super move(don't we all?)for Red Hood but I'm having trouble since he doesn't have super powers. And I know that in the omniverse I could make him spew lasers out if his eyes if I had the requirements needed but I'm trying to come up with something that would fit with who Red is. Maybe it's a lack of imagination on my part but I've got nothing... So with that said any suggestions for an anti-hero? Anything helps at this point. Thanks in advance!!
You can't stop crime. That's what you never understood. I'm controlling it. You wanna rule them by fear, but what do you do with the ones who aren't afraid? I'm doing what you won't, I'm taking them out.

Maybe, for his Super Move, he can take out a really large gun and use it?

Yea I could see that. From my research of Red he is a master with explosives and guns so that makes sense. I might want to get the area effect profficeny though to envolve more people

Woooot! I'm in the process of coming up with a power up for in battle stuff. But super moves are still annoying. I'm closer to getting the power up so I'll probably get that first

Sounds like something in the vein of a grenade launcher might be right up your alley.

since your character is meant to be the more realistic sort, but is a protege of batman's, these moves come to mind:
Super move: Keysi Fighting Method
Red hood utilizes his adrenaline to unleash a lethal volley of punches, kicks, and blows with the knife at high speeds, with seemingly no time between one blow and the next, and leaving no opening for the opponent to follow.
This is just a basic outline, but given Batman's known, despite using all martial arts, to use Keysi fighting method prominently, and given it's based around actually using your adrenaline as a fuel for attacks, the idea of Red hood pushing his body to the limit to give off a short burst of devastating hits at vital areas seems fitting enough, and the drain afterwards would be easily explained as simply pushing his body hard. It especially fits Jason given he's likely the cloest member of the batfamily to equaling Batman's own expertise if not outright being a peer in martial arts (Even defeating Ra's al ghul in a swordfight in the comics)
On the other hand... While this would fit him as a supermove, I could see someone thinking of it as a little boring. It also depends on if an open attack like this would be something Red Hood would use, flavorwise.
For something with pizazz...
.50 caliber sniper rifle:
Red hood summons a .50 caliber sniper rifle to his hands, after finding a suitable position, and fires, the bullet ripping through most obstacles in it's path. The weapon has been modified by Red hood's genius intellect to be even more effective than normal with the help of omnilium, allowing it to rip through steel like tissue paper, but resulting in a low clip size. after red hood fires the 3-round clip, the weapon disappears.
This one seems like it'd fit as far as a "special firearm", since Red hood doesn't strike me as the type to use a bazooka or similarly obnoxious weapon, but has skills at assassinating a target. while this'd require red hood to find a place to setup every time he used the move, it seems like this would make a lot of sense as a super move Red hood would wish to use.
Now, for something fully obnoxious I could still see Red Hood using:
Planted C4: Red hood lures his opponent into a prepared area, masterfully luring them into his set-up killzone, before pressing a single button, causing the planted explosives beneath to explode violently.
this one could likely be adapted for any tier, and would also require cunning to use, but seems like the most likely way for Red hood to really hit someone hard to me. It utilizes his intellect and real world tools to hit an opponent as hard as he needs to. Could be reasoned from being tier 1 to tier 3 depending on how explosive you wanna make it

Perhaps you stab someone with a stun baton thing and then overload it to send electricity coursing through their body? Idk, I don't really know the character but Batman had those shock gloves in Arkham origins.

In terms of fighting style, he's someone trained by and able to do the same things as batman, but with no problem with firearms and no issues straight-up killing people.

Just gonna throw in my own ideas ^_^ I'm not familiar at all with Red-Hood soooo... yeah. :dur: My ideas might not be the best fit.
That being said! You could "translate" SP into being a strongly limited resource that your character has, such as special ammo or bombs. With that in mind, you could make...
Well, the C4 idea was suggested already, but something about throwing a particularly powerful brick of plastic explosives, maybe connected to a RC drone, which explodes at a button press. Or a rocket launcher pulled out of nowhere, loaded with an extra-potent explosive.
If you want to go into comical territory, Red-Hood could pull out either a very pompous but impractical-looking weapon (like a golden revolver) or a tiny pistol (it's a Youtube vid of a german comedy, ignore the voice ) that could fit into a pocket, which turns out to be loaded with miniature nuclear bullets that explode on impact.
Also, even if Red-Hood doesn't have superpowers you could still find a magic or similar supernatural weapon in the Omniverse and make that your Super Move. Buying it from a Black Market arms dealer in Coruscant or a Mage in Dalaran, for instance, it could be stuff like a magically charged orb that discharges its magic in an explosion like a grenade, but then needs time to recharge from the environmental energy (so Red-Hood doesn't need to recharge the orb, it recharges itself) or a heavy sci-fi weapon. I dunno... a Chaingun Bolter or a Turbolaser Cannon.
Generally I'm a fan of using the unique verses and their aspects to your advantage to make up powers that your character wouldn't have. Just providing some ideas to get the ball rolling: you could find a shard of supercooled ice in the Frozen Fields which needs to be contained in a case, then when you throw it out it freezes the area around it and causes icicles to shoot out of the ground. Or you could get some sort of "natural plague grenade" from the Pale Moors, a rotten fruit loaded with all sorts of nasty diseases or flammable gas, making for a creative Molotov Cocktail. Or an ammo clip loaded with lava from the Ashen Steppes, which can be refilled by willing more lava into it.
Hope this helps ^_^
