Character name: Clan Leader

Character source: Clash of Clans

Character history: No one knows where the mysterious Clan Leader came from. All that is known is that when he showed up he built a town hall and a barracks, then some moderate defenses. Day after day, raid after raid. He built his kingdom one purchase at a time. The clan leader had it all. Defenses and Troops, Walls and Traps. Then Omni decided he was interested in the Clan Leader and now he must do it all again. Welcome to town hall level 1. Time for the Climb. Again.

Physical Description: He wears a black cloak of soft cloth over a sleeveless vest of dark brown leather and a pair of unremarkable britches made of a rough gray-green material. The hood of the cloak is pulled up to obscure his face at all times. If someone is able to pull back his hood they find that he has only a mouth proper. The rest of his facial features slight bumps or indents where the feature should have been. His hair's style and color changes every time the hood is removed. His bare arms are well muscled as if from training in the ways of war, yet they are unmarred by the marks of a life as a warrior as if the he has somehow managed to avoid dirtying his own hands in most situations.

Starting Proficiencies: 2200 Ranged Proficiency, Ranged Materialize Proficiency, Homing Proficiency 

Starting Powers: 

Starting Moves: 600 Troops:(Ranged Proficiency+homing proficiency+Ranged Materialize Proficiency) The Clan Leader can summon single minded minions of various types. It takes him a certain amount of time to summon each troop based on their type and strength. He can never summon said troops nearer to an enemy than 3 meters. These troops die if they leave a 25 meter radius around the Clan Leader. Right now the Clan leader can summon only two types of troops.
  • Barbarians - More brawn than brains these fighters will run at and attempt to attack the nearest target with their beloved swords until they have been returned to the elixir they came from. Their movement speed is similar to that of a speed:1 stat. They turn into purple goo (called elixir) after one (if prime or strong secondary)  or two (weak secondaries only) solid hits from any attack or right after landing a blow against an enemy. It takes 1 second to summon each of these troops
  • Archers - Speed and technique make up for these fighters lack of endurance. Able to hit enemies from a far in rapid succession they make deadly supporting fighter. Peppering enemies from behind a line of barbarians or other such front line troops is their specialty.Their movement speed is similar to that of a speed:1 stat. While accurate and agile even a glancing blow (from a prime or strong secondary) can be enough to dispatch these troops, but a solid hit (from a weak secondary) always gets the job done. If they are able to survive long enough to get in range of their target they turn into elixir after 3 shots. Their shots are very weak and a prime would need to be peppered with tens of arrows before it created any real problem (unless he had zero in defense, but even then it would still be ten-ish) It takes 1.5 seconds to summon one of these troops.
600 WallsSadRanged Proficiency+Ranged Materialize Proficiency) The Clan Leader can create wooden walls nine meters high. It takes him 1 seconds to create one meter length of wall (which means it would take him two seconds to create two meters and so on). The Clan Leader can also Increase the strength of his wall incrementally (this is done by upgrading the material it is made out of, at a rate of one second per material change - wood to cobble stone, cobble stone to brick, brick to iron and iron to crystal).

Re: Physical description, you need a picture and/or more detail. Height, hair colour, the rest of his normal clothing, anything else that would help paint a picture.

In regards to the walls, what is the 'so forth?' You need to be exact in regards to the limits of the move.

It says one seconds per metre of wall and one second to upgrade, but can he create new wall and fortify it at the same time?

With a minion that takes a single second to summon, they would be pretty damn weak, not able to withstand more than even one solid hit. I'd recommend using the second paragraph of this move as a guideline for balance http://omniverse-rpg.com/moves.php#Raise_Dead

How fast do the Barbarians close in on their target?

I'm assuming the archers are stationary once summoned. Please confirm.

I'm also assuming he can only summon one type of troop at a time. Please confirm.

Is there any limit on how many troops can be out at once and/or any time limit on how long they last once summoned? Can they be summoned without a target in mind (i.e. just to follow you around and await a battle)?

I apologize about this character, I knew there would be many things that need to be more fleshed out with him. I will attempt to answer your questions in order here.

In regards to appearance I mean him to be a very faceless kind of character. He is the physical embodiment of the a players disembodied leadership in a RTS. In this case the RTS is clash of clans, but he is meant to embody the faceless commander role that anyone who plays the original warcrafts or starcraft series would take on. I will describe his body and attire in as much detail as you would like, but is there anyway I can leave his face and in general his head without description?

The wall upgrades from Iron to crystal. I don't know why I didn't include that to begin with. I will edit that when I edit my appearance.

He must spend a seperate second to upgrade the walls, however, he can upgrade any number of previously created walls in one seconded as long as they are connected in a straight line. so he could spend four seconds creating a four meter long wall and upgrade it for 1 second (total of 5 seconds) but if he were to create the same four walls around himself he would have to spend one second to upgrade each wall individual (making that cost a total of 8 seconds)

Sorry when I was creating the minions I had an image of them fighting stormtroopers so when I wrote their toughness in my head I was imagining secondary blasters, not prime attacks. I will edit that as well, though in the move you reference raal can summon his minions twice as fast as Clan Leader can summon his barbarians.

Barbarians are not slow, but they are definitely not fast. I imagine they can match someone with a Speed of 1, but anyone faster could easily run circles around them.

The archers are not stationary, however they will only move to get within range of a target. They never move for any other reason.

He can only ever summon one troop at a time. To summon 2 barbarians he must spend 2 second, to some 2 archer he must spend 3 seconds. However that does not mean that he spends 5 seconds without troops if he wants five barbarians. He summons 5 barbarians 1 barbarian per second. After he summons a barbarian he can spend the next second and a half summoning an archer or he can just summon another barbarian and vice versa. I wasn't quite sure what you were asking with that so I just went ahead and explained it in extensive detail (because I really should have done that in the character sheet already).

Not really. I will be imposing limits on myself for story reasons, but as I post about him continuing to upgrade his base that limit will be raised into a level where that will never be an issue (what with the amount of time it takes to summon one combined with the amount of time it takes to dispatch them). Once summoned they will attack the nearest enemy. Lacking an enemy to target the will hunt down the nearest structures and start to destroy those (buildings, trees, whatever they can find that isn't traverse-able ground. Once summoned they attack or look for something to attack until they are dispatched.

Re: Description I realise what the concept is. It's just about giving other people including storyline runners enough information to write the character's description in any given situation.

In Raal's move it takes five seconds to summon a single zombie.

You need to have some rough limit on how many you can have out and how far away from you they can go.

Basically you need to put all the information in the move descriptions. Once you've done that a mod will have a look and pass final approval for you.

Sorry this character is such a hassle y'all. Thank you for working with me Omni. So I've edited it so that my troops die after they attack, is that enough to allow them to be as strong as they are? If not will edit. basically, I want this character to use barbarians and archers the way other characters use ammunition. They are mean't to be a quick thing he throws at an enemy. Please let me know if there is something else I should do, or a better way I can embody that stile of attack.

Now that I know how my powers work I have a better idea of how to flavor this character. Is it alright if I expand on my history and the forces at work behind my powers in the roster post or should I verify them here?

To sum up what I would expand upon, I would be telling how my character's powers come from necromancy
