Nexus Artefacts Battle OOC Discussion and Calls

As a heads up, since this is a NEXUS BATTLE, anyone can join. You should all already know that, but it bears repeating.

If you're joining the fight, you should still post in this thread to call, with your announcement that you're joining and which side you intend to join. However, posting priority should be given to those who were already part of the fight. If someone was waiting, they get to post before you.

It's a Nexus fight, anyone can hop in whenever they feel like it. Just mention who your fighting for/against, and then call as per usual

Ok! So the idea is that you can CALL in this thread, which is covered in the OP of this thread.

Basically, when you get out of the GY verse, you see a BUNCH OF DUDES, and a GIANT FLAMING SKELETON MONSTER, and they all look pretty pissed off. You know Smith, and he's pretty much the guy that gathered the crowd. Basically to kill you.

You can try to escape, but with the sheer number of people here, that seems that escape is gonna be tough.

You can fight or... not fight? But there is a fight happening, and you are a target.

I only agree to fight smith if I have to fight all of you I am out

I really don't want you to have to participate if you don't want to, though. I'm willing to have my post (which included you getting hit with a T2 super move) deleted and I'll pull out any reference to you out of it, but that'll require Omni's approval

Will you send the links to this thread so I can read up, I feel stupid for agreeing to something I know nothing about. Also is there like a rule page or something I can read? I don't know how long, how much or what I can write about. (this is my first fight challenge thingy)

No problem dude, there was a ton of stuff going on, I can see how it could be overwhelming. As of right now, Harbinger (which is a 4 man fusion of Shang Tsung, Magus, Atelos and me) are trying to win the artefacts, while Smith along with the long list in the OP are basically here to fight Sasuke and his pals.

The actual thread where this is going down is in the Nexus, and is pretty clearly labeled (I'd link you, but I'm on a phone and its a pain).

The fight rules ate in the rules section, and http://omniverse-rpg.com/showthread.php?tid=4193 is a good example of what you can do in a fight.

Harbinger is running around beating the shit out of people because his stats are hilariously overpowered, and nobody is really ready for it.

It was more a request on my part than a hard rule. And it still is. I'd like to be able to handle the woman who actually put an end to my life on my own, if possible. I assume Harbinger and the others might be busy enough with each other that me and her could brawl relatively unnoticed.

But, I can't really FORCE anything, ya know. Just a request.

Sasuke and Victor are only there for the first round. I thought it was considerably less lame for them to die after the first round than instantly as the fight began.
