If I wanted a container/backpack that was a bottomless pit so that I could store many things within (regardless of size or the laws of physics) could I have this as r/p fodder, or would I need to spend 300 OM to have said item?

I had to pay for my Stomach of Holding ability, as well as define how big the objects I can carry as to not lug around tanks, and limit it to only inanimate objects:

I doubt it. I was at one point planning on a similar ability, and one of the mods (can't remember who) said that if it was just part of a move (the original idea was to store a rifle in a pocket dimension) then it'd be RP Fodder, but if it was for other things that weren't part of a move (just like how Guu's stomach works) then it'd be 300.

Also, Makoto has a similar move (Sea of My Soul) as well, which he paid for.

The defining factor would be whether or not you were going to use it in combat, such as to hide non-move objects in it and use them.

Yeah, at that point as it's explained by something that would allow a foe to take your items if they killed you, then i doubt it would matter.

You can always take someones artifacts after you kill them, so, I don't know what you mean...

If it costs 300, I'll just never explain as to where Sasuke is hiding these neat toys on his person, if no cost then I'll be like, "Oo0o I got this sweet ninja pouch that I store everything in; its super neato."

Nah, I mean as long as it's a backpack, or your stomach or something, not a "Portal to another dimension only i can access" thing.

Do you use yours for attacking? IE: Eating people, imprisoning them, and such?

I would literally just use it for fodder.

Sasuke is a known user of Fuuinjutsu, earliest known use was those scroll traps he used on Kakashi during the Academy/Genin test. A better example also were the wrist fuuin which he stored an unlimited number of shuriken on his wrists against Itachi post timeskip.

Well to be fair, Guu's move is an ability of hers with supplementary uses. Sasuke's is literally just a pack that he'd keep his items in. As long as you don't use it for anything but your Artefacts/Items I don't see an issue with it being free fodder equipment.
