Nealaphh can take advantage of quantum fluctuations within a certain area to automatically teleport whenever someone is not looking at it. If someone breaks visual contact with Nealaphh for one second or more on their turn, Nealaphh will immediately teleport out of sight. It will then use its ability to control time to delay its manifestation until its own turn, at a visible location out of anyone else's line of sight. Nealaphh is aware of its opportunities to teleport by briefly scanning the immediate vicinity for minds aware of its exact location.

Since no on ever sees Nealaphh teleport, no one knows what it looks like.

A much more powerful version of Screen Divide, Colonel first charges for approximately five seconds, building up an absolutely devastating charge in his blade, before releasing a slash of thundering force, carving a Z of devastating energy into the air. The force of the blow is such that it actually shakes the immediate vicinity, and may even crack and damage the ground under both Colonel and the targeted area of the slash.

Colonel Cannon -- 600 OM (Requires: Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency)
The Colonel Cannon is a massive weapon, which would seemingly be more at home on a tank than wielded by a soldier -- even a soldier program. As befitting its size, it is a heavy weapon, and as such Colonel does not actually carry it on his person, but rather summons it to hand when it is required. The summoning process takes roughly two seconds, and preparing it to fire and properly bracing himself for the recoil takes another two. Dismissing the cannon after firing takes less than a second, but recovering from its recoil takes almost another second on its own. Regardless, it only holds a single shell per summoning, before it must be dismissed and at least one minute must pass before it can be resummoned, ready to fire again. It has two firing modes available to it, both packing a serious punch:
Colonel Cannon: Impact fires a much heavier shell, intended to strike targets directly with tremendous force, with a smaller explosive charge but still sufficient to cause great damage. Intended to strike at heavily armored targets, or slower-moving foes, it often sends targets flying several meters when hit.
Colonel Cannon: Artillery features a shell with a large explosive payload, designed to be used against multiple targets, or against swifter foes. Upon impact, it releases a blast five meters wide of fire and concussive force, inflicting serious damage, but not as great as a direct hit.

Neo- I'm sorry but is the Z similar to the V but it's just more powerful? I'm a little lost on this one
Colonel Cannon- This move does seem strong but you seem to have a nice concept of balancing it.

Screen Divide -- The second function simply "appears" at the targeted zone.
Neo -- It's similar to the second version of the regular Screen Divide, but with much more power. It's a little confusing in the games, too.

EDIT: I thought of a way to describe Neo Screen Divide. It's basically three regular Screen Divides used at once, forming a Z shape, but with much more power. Like the regular version, it just appears at the target location.

I think you can just do this with a mixture of Burst Movement and Physical Strength. To purchase in your log look at the instructions at the top of your log.

This move only works when no one, not even Nealaphh's allies, are looking at it. If a single sentient creature is looking at Nealaphh, it cannot teleport. If Nealaphh is aware of all combatants in an area, it automatically knows when it is able to teleport by briefly scanning their awareness telepathically.

Since no one ever sees Nealaphh teleport, it's impossible to know what it looks like.

This just sounds like flavor. I'm sure with all of these powers you'll be able to do it without the move

Floating this idea, since I don't know of anyone who has used Time Manipulation.

Phantom Spheres (Time Manipulation, Ranged) - Link conjures a ball of yellow energy about the size of a baseball, taking five seconds to do so. He can throw these at any object, and on impact, it freezes them in time for three seconds. The spheres can be dodged but still perform their intended effect if blocked physically.

Chrono Dome (Time Manipulation, Area Effect, Super Move?) - Link spends ten seconds charging power into his Phantom Sword. Once complete, Link thrusts the blade into the ground where the time energy is released in an expanding dome, stretching to a radius of five metres. Anything in the dome is frozen in time for ten seconds except Link. Link is able to move about in frozen time; he can perform basic motions (like moving objects, opening doors, etc.) but he cannot attack.

True Godly Weapon (Requires Bodypart Yogsothoth, Remote Control Proficiency, Shapeshift, Growth, Ranged Proficiency, Flight, Burst Movement, Area Attack Proficiency ) (Tier 2 Super Move)

Desco float bit in the air and holds both arms out to her sides with palms facing out and flat and her eyes closed. then surrounds herself in a blue bubble and catapults herself up into the air. She stops suddenly in the air and the bubble dissipatea, then Yogsothoth floats away from her picking a spot to aim at on the ground. He then transforms his body into a sword shape, tentacles shifting to make an eyed hilt and a blade outline. Then he grows to a giant 40 foot length sword and starts dropping to the ground. When he strikes and pierces the ground, it creates a powerful 30 foot diamater explosion around the spot it landed. Meanwhile as Yog started to fall after some delay Desco started to fall from the sky too. At the last moment Yogsothoth transforms back into his normal form and gets behind where Desc is falling to, 'catching' Desco in his levitation passive stopping her instantly.

I would just swirl around one single opponent. Basically it would be fire and forget, surround the one opponent for a few seconds to basically give him time to either get away or regroup.

[edit] Basically I would have to be right next to the person, or if they were holding on to me to use it. Eventually when I can afford it I do want to make it AOE and get Area Attack to upgrade it but for now I just figured a debuff like this when I am in melee combat as something to help me get out of sticky situations.

This is fine for some sort of flavor move, but just as a heads up, you would need a super move if you wanted to offensively use a 'time stop' move.

Sinestro can summon objects with his ring to interact with and manipulate objects at range. This manipulation is completed with the use of Hard-Light Constructs, which can appear as any number of objects which could reasonably complete the task he is attempting to accomplish. For example, if Sinestro was attempting to hold something together with Hard Light Constructs it might appear as a chain. If he was attempting to pry something apart, it might appear as a crowbar. These objects can be attacked and damaged. The more energy he puts into these objects, the harder they are to break but the more physically and mentally exhausted he becomes. These objects will immediately dissipate upon his breaking his concentration for any reason. Maximum range of ~30 meters (~100 feet)

Omni's voice-to-text is janked, so would it be too much trouble to ask for some other mod to help me with this one? My intention is basically for it to be Telekinesis but you can attack and break the hard-light constructs, which should make it less powerful because basic telekinesis doesn't have a flaw. The exchange is that it works at full strength up to the max range, whereas telekinesis trails off.

That seem like a fair exchange for the same cost?

Those caught in the flare are momentarily blinded, as if someone shined a strong flashlight in their face. This can be avoided by shielding one's eyes or looking away, but both of those actions may likewise leave the target(s) open to a follow up attack

I would just swirl around one single opponent. Basically it would be fire and forget, surround the one opponent for a few seconds to basically give him time to either get away or regroup.

[edit] Basically I would have to be right next to the person, or if they were holding on to me to use it. Eventually when I can afford it I do want to make it AOE and get Area Attack to upgrade it but for now I just figured a debuff like this when I am in melee combat as something to help me get out of sticky situations.

I am waiting on making a post based on if this gets approved, plus I have 6 days till I am gone for at least a month, though the last couple of those days will be spent getting all my kit and stuff sorted out on board the ship.. Kicking his control over time into overdrive, Adam focuses intently for five seconds, producing a spiraling flow of light in shades of red around him, before he throws his hands out forward, the image of a clock appearing, only to shatter and bring the flow of time to a crunching halt. In this interval of stopped time, Adam proceeds to also kick his concealed rifle into overdrive, and flies a pair of rings around his target, letting loose a series of dozens of blasts aimed at them, all frozen in time as soon as they leave the rifle. When he has fired this attack, he returns to his position before freezing time, and time lurches back into motion, the hailstorm of laser bolts raining down on the target location in a thunderous, mildly-explosive volley.

He is consumed by a dark green aura. His outfit is usuall instantly transformed the color unless something challenged his head and he has darker ideas. When entering the transformation, the Powered up speed and tech is taken into account.

The namekian is able to launch into Super Speed as quick as his Instincts allow him. He can also utilize Burst Movement to propel him into a different direction or even stop himself instantaneously if need be while using Super Speed

Requirements: Burst Movement and Super Speed. Keep in Mind I have Instincts as RP fodder and Enhanced Senses: Mastered as well(Because, yes I might hear or feel something coming my way or in my path.)
