Very first Mafia game I played had no investigative roles and the town still won. Why? The town was bold! Willing to make sacrifices! And also they were able to surmise people's role based on the posts they made and who seemed most suspicious. You'll figure it out, or die trying.

As per the OP, not posting at least SOMETHING in the 48 hour window that the Day Phase is open results in being eliminated. I do this so people don't just sit quietly and try to pass under the radar, as well as to encourage interaction with each other.

Might not include this rule the next time around.
