Character history:Kathin was born on a planet much like earth called Cathain but the planets had one drastic difference. This planet had no technology instead the people were skilled in magic but their world wouldn't last much longer. A dark force came to their world and started devouring the very life force of the planet. The people's magic had no effect on the force so the people of the planet quickly lost all hope. Kathin was only a couple months old when this force started destroying his world. He became the only hope for his world because his mother had the gift of foresight and saw that Kathin would one day be able to stop the force. So with the last of their power they cast a spell that sent Kathin to a planet much like theirs. They called this planet Athairya or as you know it as Earth. Before he was sent to Earth his mother gave him her magic gloves to protect him and even though he would have no memory of her, his world, or the power he holds inside she knew one day he would save his new home.
Kathin landed on Earth and was found by the family that raised him but they tried to hide the weird magic that he seemed to possess. When he became fifteen his powers grew stronger and they were impossible for them to hide from him. They told him how they found him in the park with his mother's gloves a strange paper that told them about his world. He was shocked but had no time to explore his new found powers because the force that destroyed his world had finally found him. The technology on Earth seemed to weaken the force in some strange way so it could not devour Earth like it did to Cathain it had to find a human to control to feed him. Kathin had to use his new found powers and his mothers gloves to save Earth and the ones he loves.
After destroying the force Kathin was cursed because the dark forces very essence entered his body so for one day a month the dark force takes him over and he destroys everything in his sight. A couple days after the big fight was when Omni took him from Earth. Kathin didn't like the feeling he got from Omni it felt just like the power of the dark force except more bent on creation than destruction but creation can be just as bad as destruction and sometimes even worse.

Physical description:Kathin is 15 years of age and looks humanoid. He has tan skin with brown nappy hair. His eyes are grey and can change colors based on his mood. He always wears his two red leather gloves with amethyst gems on the knuckles. He wears a grey t-shirt, a red jacket with silver outlining, baggy blue jeans and white and red Nikes with silver laces.

A yellow and blue shock wave of lightning that is fired from the palms of Kathin's hands.The energy for the shock wave comes from the sapphire gems on Kathin's mother's gloves. This shock wave can be fired in a second and has a wide range of attack. It can be controlled from a far distance if Kathin is stationary. When a person is hit with the shock wave their body feels numb for a second then a huge surge or pain goes through their body.

What do you mean the shockwave can be controlled? I'm imagining a disk-shaped wave spreading out from your hands traveling in a horizontal plane in all directions.

It is shot out of the hand in the direction he shots it but it's is like that but not in all directions and if he stands still it's more of a ball at first then turns into the waves

Ok, going to need to know some things: How wide is this wave? How often can you do it?

Also, I think I grasp the purpose of the ball, but I kind of want to hear it in your words.

It starts small at first then goes to about 5 to 6 ft. I can do it about 7 times if I do it more than that I am at risk of passing out but then I have to wait about 15-20 min to use it again. The ball lets me control where it goes far away from me then when I want it to use it it turns into the waves.

Can you control the direction of the blast with the ball? Like could you use it to blast around a corner without throwing yourself out in the open? Also, what happens if you hit someone with the ball?

Also, this move will cost 600 considering it has two functions you can switch between.

Ok that's fine and I guess it could oh and if someone goes hit with the ball it's the same as if with the wave the wave just has bigger blast radios but I am going to upgrade it latter to a debuff

A yellow and blue shock wave of lightning that is fired from the palms of Kathin's hands and is fired the direction his palms are facing. The energy for the shock wave comes from the sapphire gems on Kathin's mother's gloves. This shock wave can be fired in a second, can be fired 6-7 times,if longer at risk of passing out, takes 15-20min to recharge, and starts out small but can grow into 5-6ft in width. It can be controlled from a far distance if Kathin is stationary. This makes the shock wave into ball form and Kathin can control where it goes. When he finds a place he likes he can make it turn into the wave in whatever differection he wants. If a person is hit with the wave in ball form it has the same effect. When a person is hit with the shock wave their body feels numb for a second then a huge surge or pain goes through their body.
