I have the rest fleshed out on my computer, but it is basically how it sounds. A trade of information to find Omni.

Find Omni Faction WIP

Alignment: Neutral

Verse: Nexus/Oververse/Dataverse (with "bases" stationed in Camelot and Coruscant)

Headquarters: Dalaran Library (Eden)
Coruscant TBA (Trixie's Apartment)

Leader: N/A
(you'll be surprised to see it is not Caira, I may plan on a secondary being the person in command, and Caira their reinforced Prime second in power, but it is essentially mostly "democratic.")

Purpose: The Prime members of this faction share or trade information that is valuable to completing their goal: Finding Omni.

Active Alliances: New Babylon and Elric School of Alchemy

A few things to keep in mind:

This isn't one of those factions that is united by like-minded people, it is based off more of a self-serving conglomerate. People interact for the networking and exchange of information so that they can reach Omni.

Will there be some red herrings? Perhaps, if you want to spin it that way, I'm sure not everyone wants to see some other prime meet him before they do. And a secondary leader can't regulate all the lies. People should know what happens when a "deal" goes bad! (This concept could be cool if it got played with, who wants to see Diablo instead!? Personally I could see the Leader -ironically- getting sent to Diablo's Lair only to crawl back up from the pits of hell.)

Information can be exchanged for "OM" or shared openly on the website (that is soon to come) your secondary or character will be required to know the group password and given a user name to access this, (can be sent via email upon request.) The website will be hidden under encrypted text (and some spoiler tags) so that the censors used in Coruscant have no power, nor can they steal the pricy information.

I had been hoping to establish two locations, one in Camelot, (near the library, I would probably call it "Eden") the other in Coruscant because it is much the information hub of the Omniverse.

This also balances out the neutrality of the two largest factions, and hopefully allows for a little more "truth"

Trixie's office (shown in spoiler) is going to house a powerful computer setup and the Weapons Lab (also shown in spoiler) will house a rather large server farm for development and such. I decided to just post the entire format of her base. It's going to be a three level complex on Tier 3 of Coruscant. It's a renovated Black Sun headquarters.

Haha it's still in the making, I could really use any influence I could get to brainstorm out the details. I was thinking prime only, but then I realized that I could use secondaries to help get the train going. Also plan on putting up a "website" because OM profits.

Also Trixie, this looks BAMF. I love all the pictures, they are designed beautifully, have a great sense of style, as well as relate to how I feel Trixie's home would look like.

But honestly, it's a neutral based faction so I think with a few rules established and more hashed out, we could really make some omni-finding progress.

After my battle, I should have more IC progression as well as be able to focus on establishing this more and I'm pretty open to suggestions so note em' below.

Athena would be totally hyped about this. Not only does it further her (and most everyone else's) ultimate goal of escape/enlightenment, but she would get to organize and exchange information, which she does for the sheer pleasure of it.

Proposed names, because I don't know if you guys have a 'cool' name yet:
-The Omnidirectionals (Sounds kind of like Omnisexuals. Which would be a funny name, but it would steer away all the serious characters. So boo.)
-The Omni-Search (The search in all directions)
-The Omnipresence (WE ARE EVERYWHERE... Looking for Omni~)

Aaaaaaaand that's all I've got. But we shouldn't play Scrabble with Omni, because since he's technically all-knowing as an Omni-potent being, he would be able to cheat by... Well, already knowing what we'd do. So maybe we'd do something else? Maybe play Frisbee? I'unno...
