You may add Slam to the moves in your 'extended personal roster,' but it won't require any actual OM since it's a basic maneuver.

Forged from rare Cortosis Ore it is capable of meeting most other bladed weapons in combat including energy based swords and light sabers. Reserved for extreme closed quarters combat where drawing the Darksaber would prove disadvantageous. The weapon weighs about four pounds and comes with a sheathe that is strapped horizontally across Trixie's lower back. The hilt of the blade is magnetically charged to keep the blade in its scabbard regardless of how the weapon is oriented and to keep it from falling during combat operations.

Upgrading Spatial Snap to

Warp Burst (Requires Advanced Telekinesis, Area Attack Proficiency) - 600 OM

Nealaphh causes a three foot wide disc of spacetime to lens outwards from its body, which will deflect any incoming projectiles or melee attacks. Nealaphh can only do this once per round, due to the mental strain, and due to its slow nature, cannot react fast enough to block extremely fast attacks such as bullets, lasers, or lightning fast melee blows. The lens takes half a second to form. When Nealaphh bends space in this way, light will bend around the spatial warp, causing a sort of fishbowl effect. When used as a shield, the only sound made is a low, almost subsonic rumble.

Alternatively, once per round, instead of shielding itself, Nealaphh can choose any point in space that it can see within 50 yards of itself and rapidly cause that point in space to expand, essentially causing a spontaneous explosion. It is easy to see where the detonation is going to happen as space will seem to contract around this point, looking like a funnel. Nealaphh requires at least two seconds to build up enough spatial tension to create an explosion seven feet in diameter. Being inside this contracting space before the explosion will not harm an opponent, but it will feel very odd; like they are being sucked down a drain. A Warp Burst explosion is capable of shattering any object less durable than your average chair, and will send debris flying in every direction. Getting hit by the blast will likely be enough to knock most average-sized opponents off their feet. It should be noted that Nealaphh is not immune to its own explosions. This attack can be interrupted if Nealaphh's line of sight to the epicenter is broken.

Yooooooooooo, so it's been 2 years. I figured I'd get this shit re-priced.

EDIT: After having re-read your moves section, some of the wording has changed, which will effect the way I describe my Moves and the cost they should have.

These are the prices I was quoted before:
900 Hard-Light Blast
600 Tether
600 Shield
900 Hard-Light Weapon


Hard-Light Blast:
The ring can fire a concentrated beam of yellow hard-light when Sinestro concentrates. This can take the form of a single beam or appear as any other ranged weapon Sinestro can dream up. Sinestro put more energy into each shot, the strength of which relates directly to how physically and mentally drained he is after the attack. These weapons and projectiles will immediately dissipate upon his breaking his concentration for any reason.

Hard-Light Shield:
Sinestro is covered in a yellow aura that protects him from attacks and environmental effects. This shield can grow as far as he wills it, usually in the form of a shield or wall, however the shield's overall strength remains the same. This means that a 1'x1' shield will be 100 times stronger than a 100'x100' wall (which almost any attack from a Prime would break through). The more he focuses, the more damage the shield can take, but the the more physically and mentally drained he is after the defense.

Hard-Light Tethers:
In the same way that Sinestro can manipulate objects in creative ways, he can also manipulate characters. Iron chains, ribbons of light, crushing snakes can all be used. In general, these tethers always accomplish the same goal: they slow a character down and they immobilize their arms. However, these shackles can be broken just like any other item: hitting, cutting and ripping free in a feat of strength are all options. Additionally, if he loses his concentration, the tethers immediately dissipate. The more energy he puts into these tethers, the harder they are to break but the more physically and mentally exhausted he becomes.

Hard Light Weapons
Sinestro can create melee weapons from Hard Light in most forms that a melee weapon can come in. These range from very short (like a dagger) up to very long (like a spear). The more energy he puts into these weapons, the harder they are to break but the more physically and mentally exhausted he becomes. These weapons will immediately dissipate upon his breaking his concentration for any reason.

Iron Sky (600 {possibly requires Flight?})
Lubbock weaves his wires into a pair of fixed wings on his back as a makeshift glider. This allows him to slow his descent by a significant amount. If struck by a pointy object, like an arrow for example, they could unravel in a flash and send Lubbock crashing to Earth. The wings also have sharp edges, allowing for improvised combat.

(I'm not sure if I need flight for this move or not)

Vibration Blast-300 OM, Ranged Proficiency?
Vibe can blast vibrations at people. Not too powerful, but it's hard to dodge and could be a real pain if used in quick succession.

Tier 1 Powered-Up Form: Mutation – 1000 OM

When things get desperate, Gin lets loose and things get WILD. Gin's skin hardens, becoming somewhat like an exoskeleton, with three claw-like spikes protruding from his forearms (they are positioned next to each other, with the one in the middle further ahead than the other two. The spikes are also facing upwards, towards the rest of his arm). Actual claws form on each of Gin's fingers, starting at the middle joint of each one and end about 3/4 of an inch past the finger tip. His eyes also change, becoming a solid yellow color. While in this form Gin behaves much more savagely against his enemies, and is a bit rude to those he cares about as well.

SPD: 3

Even more stuff for approval! I probably won't be able to buy these for a while though, since I want to buy that Powered-Up Form above this post first.

Debuff Move: Poison Fist - 600 OM (Requires Debuff, and Physical Strength)

Can only be used once a battle. If this is used successfully, the user may not use any other debuffs for the remainder of the battle. Gin's Shield Fist turns a dark purple color, much like how Reversal Fist turns it orange. Unlike Reversal Fist, Gin has two chances to hit, but this attack does no damage upon contact. Instead, the one hit by this attack is now poisoned, and will lose 1 Damage for each turn after they are hit. If they are hit by both attacks, then they will lose 2 Damage per turn. Just to clarify, THE POISON WILL ONLY ACTIVATE AT THE END OF THE OPPONENT'S NEXT TURN. So if Gin activates this on Round 1, the poison will take effect at the end of his opponent's turn in Round 2.

Debuff Move: Shield Crash - 300 OM (Requires Debuff and Physical Strength)

As the name implies, Gin lowers the DEF stat of an opponent by 2 for the remainder of the battle via contact from a Blue Shield Fist/Kick. Gin will only have ONE chance to hit with this, and if it succeeds, he may NOT use anymore debuffs for the remainder of the battle.

Normal Move: Shield Kick - 300 OM (Requires Physical Strength)

Pretty much just Gin's normal Shield Fist, but now he can use it in his kicks as well.

Hard-Light Shield: This will require Area Shield Proficiency. Approved at 600 OM.

Hard-Light Tethers: Requires Debuff Proficiency, and if used at a distance requires Remote Control/Ranged Materialize Proficiencies. Approved at 600 OM.

Hard-Light Weapons: Requires Physical Strength. If set at 900 OM, I'm going to limit this to 3 "sizes" of weapons: small, medium, and large. The appearances can simply be for flavor. Approved at 900 OM.

This indeed requires Flight, even if you're only gliding. Approved at 600 OM with Flight.

I'll try again at the Assist's move.
Vibration Blast-300 OM, Ranged Attack Proficiency?
By manipulating sound waves, Vibe can create a small wave of vibration, which will pretty much cause the insides of the opponent to vibrate for a few moments. This shouldn't hurt the opponent much when they aren't hit by it often, but get hit a lot and you will feel like human jello.

Tier one power up - UltraViolet (teehee)

Physical elements from this(the cracked skin, flushed eyes, long luxurious locks and rockin' bod) combined with her usual appearance (see sig and avi).

Some of you are familiar with that demonic form I took for Violet's spiritken form, but I am going to change it up here into this somewhat less extreme form. When she first achieves the power up, she'll begin to morph into that original form, but it will regress and crack her skin, with purple, red or blue energy coming through (Maybe change the color depending on what tier she's in?). The transformation is initially brought on while in the Underverse, as she fights against monsters of various strengths, and must pull upon something extra within her in order to overcome her adversaries. This is the result.

Doc throws off his stethoscope and jacket, tears off the sleeves of his shirt, ties his tie around his forehead, and doesn't get a black eye this time. He then invokes the Law of Conservation of Ninjutsu, which declares that each side of a battle has a conserved amount of ninjutsu distributed among each member proportional to their skill. Doc localizes his body to be one physical system, thus channeling all of the ninjutsu of both sides of his internal battle into his own body.

Do I need to include anything else?
