This effect left the Darksaber with a faint aura of white light around the edges of its blade, and makes looking at it for an extended period uncomfortable. The hilt of the Darksaber is thin and rectangular, and long enough to be grasped with two hands. It features an angled cross-guard as well as a serrated blade emitter. When the Darksaber's blade is activated by pressing its activation stud, the hum and pitch of the blade is notably higher than contemporary lightsabers, and the blade gives off a sound like a whistle when it was swung through the air. When the Darksaber comes into contact with another object or an opposing lightsaber, the blade screeches, and the white outer aura that surrounds the black core of the blade crackles.

Since this is entirely a cosmetic change, I approve this. Just for completion sake, make sure to record the change in your purchase log.

Magia Erabea: Sim Fabricatus Ab Incendio (Tier 1 Powered Up Form - 1000 OM)
Magia Erabea is an exceedingly dangerous technique that involves absorbing an offensive spell and fusing its power to one's soul in order to vastly increase one's strength. This technique damages both the body and the soul. When using this technique, one's personality becomes much more violent and aggressive. If overused, the user runs the risk of being consumed by the darkness and turning into a monster.

By absorbing Incendium Gehennae, a powerful fire spell, Negi significantly increases his physical strength and resistance and gains heat resistance. In this form, Negi's skin becomes suffused with darkness and his movements leave dark flames in its wake. On both arms, intricate spiral based designs appear. These designs are black, edged with purple.

I got one I'm still figuring out exactly how it should work.

Chained Nightmare (Physical Strength, Burst Movement, Shapeshift, Buff Profficiency)- Carn rolls into a ball and elongates into a 6 feet capsule. The capsule grows sharp, razor-like spines at one end and forms a roughly rectangular block at the other. After 6 seconds, more defining features take shape to form the 5-foot blade of the Anomaly chainsaw and its handle. Once the shapeshift is complete, Carn becomes an objectform Anomaly, removing verbal speech capabilities. In this form, Carn can charge at targets like a ground torpedo while leaving a trail of damage from the sharp razor-lined chainsaw. Every attack takes 5 seconds, 2 seconds for targeting and 3 for the high-speed charge attack. Carn can also choose someone to wield the objectform, increasing the wielder's attack and speed by double their original. Once wielded, Carn will suffer the same amount of damage the wielder recieves for that round and is unable to fight individually as humanform.

No clue how much it costs or if I got the right pros and powers...

How does he move when he's a chainsaw?

This sounds like it would work better as an alt form or even an application of the Fusion power.

Essentially, it is all or nothing, but the fatigue effect still happens regardless. The power of the move is unchanged if it is successful, and doesn't fluctuate in its power depending on the time it's charged. The "at least" time is the minimum it takes, considering factors such as her current fatigue or injury (the more tired/injury she is, or the more energy depleted she is, the more time it will take to power the move up). For instance, if she pulls the move right off rip in a fight, it would take about three minutes from the time she starts the attack to the point of its release, since she hasn't had much of a chance to get tired. If she's been fighting for a wee bit and (as fighters naturally do) runs out of energy, it'll take a bit longer for her to be able to call on that reserve energy within her in order to execute the attack. The force of the attack remains the same, and cannot become more powerful, regardless of how long she takes to execute it.

Less tired = less time to execute
more tired = more time to execute

That's the best way I can see to balance the move. I feel a static amount of time regardless of her fatigue is unrealistic for this particular attack since it is a "last ditch" move and thus, more demanding on the user. Because of that, it would have to be decided whether the time it takes to use it is worth it instead of just popping it out regardless of how tired she is. Make sense?

I am willing to take on the ranged control proficiency, as indicated in the original description, no prob. The original intent was that the coil(s) would, at the time of execution, already have a target and go toward that target, but I did not consider that if the target moves before the coil could reach them what would happen. Taking on the ranged control would make sense for that scenario. Here's the updated description:

Pain - 300 OM (although willing to do 600 OM)

(Requires Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency, Ranged Control proficiency and/or Homing Proficiency)
Violet crosses her arms over her chest, and a drape of energy surrounds her. She then submerses herself in a dreamlike state, eyes hazing over into a eerie reddish glow, and reaches out with a black translucent coil of smoky ki, grasping hold of opponent(s) and shocking them with the invisible hands of energy. The coil(s) crawl along the ground rather quickly (think of flowing water or really thick smoke).This attack takes at minimum 30 seconds to charge (longer if targets are further away/multiple targets), and usually causes some temporary disorientation to the user after it is used. Takes at least five minutes to recharge before it can be used again.

You'll need to put in whether this is a remote control attack or a homing one (homing would be fire and forget, or require no aiming whatsoever - remote control would require Violet to chase down the targets with her own technique). It says multiple targets; does that mean she can spread out smoke? What is the limit on its area of effect?

Woah now. Hitting them for a lot of damage and stunning them for half a minute regardless of their defence is too powerful for a tier 1. You'll have to downgrade that. I would say moderate damage and 5-10 seconds stun.

Won't work as an alt since I don't plan on redistributing stats and all the technical stuff. Not fusion either since I can still move independantly to allow a faster way of plowing through obstacles and fodder characters. Speaking of move, I forgot to add how the chainsaw aims and moves...

I took the buff prof since Carn buffs someone once wielded in object form, effectively losing a chance to post in a battle and suffering the same damage as the wielder. It's a good enough caveat since Carn's fate is also determined by whoever wields Carn, unless you think otherwise in which I have no choice but to keep altering. Fusion states something about fusing bodies but since holding someone and treating them as a weapon makes no sense for the fusion powers, I just junked it.

I just want an objectform of Carn since Anomalies tend to exist as objects at first. It'll also serve as a platform for future aspects of Carn in objectform, which is this chainsaw. The idea of Carn entrusting himself to another means a lot IC.

Luffy's form after he was greatly powered up by one hundred shadows implanted into him. His strong spirit is the only reason he was able to contain so many. He has since learned to harness this form whilst under the influence of dark forces.

While transformed, Luffy grows several times larger and his skin turns completely blue. His voice also loses its carefree tone and lowers, becoming grim and guttural. Utilizing the strength of a hundred shadows, Luffy's offensive and defensive prowess both skyrocket, fully capable of contesting giants, however in this bulky form his elasticity range is greatly reduced.

Nealaphh's eyes flare brightly while this move is active, its normal green hues taking on a brilliant white gleam. It begins to flood the target's mind with overwhelming amounts of eldritch knowledge and information in such a volume that it can't be fully processed. This has the effect of causing the target to be stunned with overwhelming mental anguish as their brain tries to comprehend what it is taking in. Their vision will flash with images of impossible geometric shapes and nightmarish visions of distorted worlds and creatures. Their ears will be filled with a deafening, piercing roar, as if they were standing next to an immense waterfall. The goal of the move is to drive away attackers, and there needs to be mutual eye contact in order for any thoughts to be forced in, meaning that both Nealaphh and the target have to be able to see the other's eyes. As soon as eye contact it broken, the target is no longer affected. Nealaphh can maintain this move indefinitely, however, so if the target makes eye contact again, the mental anguish will immediately resume. If they are stubborn enough, and force themselves to keep looking into Nealaphh's eyes, they run the risk of passing out, though this takes at least two rounds of staring.

Once the move stops, the target does not retain any of the knowledge that Nealaphh showed them, save for a few hazy memories of terrifying shapes and sounds. If it is beneficial to the story, the target may be able to glean some forbidden knowledge, if they have a strong enough mind.

Nealaphh can take no other actions while performing Mind Surge.

Nealapph's Move needs no Debuff (see <!-- l --><a class="postlink-local" href="http://omniverse-rpg.com/omnifaq.php#Q27">omnifaq.php#Q27</a><!-- l -->), nor Remote Control. But it does need Homing as there is no element of Aim.

Q: Do they have to be looking directly into each other's eyes? Will peripheral vision do? This is kind of important.

It likely does need caveats either way.

In addition, Nealaphh can take no other actions while performing this move.

If it is beneficial to the story, the target may be able to glean some forbidden knowledge, if they have a strong enough mind. While it does not inflict any serious, lasting damage, victims of Mind Surge are liable to have a considerable headache for an hour or two.

I think I'm just struggling to picture what is happening here. He turns into a five foot chainsaw? And he uses rocket jets to move around? Does he float or is he grounded when he's not being used by someone? I'm just trying to picture this in my head.

The whole bit about doubling someone's stats is a no-go, because while you might not think it's the case, that's a form of fusion (which isn't limited to melting together). Buff Proficiency doesn't let you give people free stats. You'd have to find a way to phrase that where it's not some concrete gain.

Since my moves are harder to balance than I once thought, I'm gonna put them here for approval before I get Del into the Omniverse entirely!

Smoke Shot – 300 OM (requires Ranged Proficiency)
Using the palms of either hand, Delsin can fire a short-burst medium range high-pressured smoke blast, being able to reach 40 meters, with a moderate rate of fire. The projectile of smoke is fast itself, therefore it doesn't do too much damage by itself, usually forcing Delsin to continuously apply pressure if he wants to keep his distance.

Fire Chain – 300 OM (requires Physical Strength)
Delsin unwraps the chain on his wrist, surrounding it with fiery smoke, swinging it at an opponent. The attack itself is very predictable, as Delsin revs his arm all the way back before a swing, giving the enemy a good idea that he's going to use it. If it connects however, it does a potentially high damaging hit. Generally used as Delsin's last close range option when an enemy gets too close to shoot at.

Smoke Dash – 300 OM (requires Phasing, and Burst Movement)
Rushing forward, Delsin morphs into a cloud of smoke for a single second, travelling about 8 meters in a single direction. Can be used in the air, but cannot be used for longer than that one second. Delsin is able to use this move upon touching any ground surface, but not twice in quick succession.
