Samesies. I have a short in my dining room ceiling fan which makes it iffy to run, my dryer regularly throws the breaker, I literally JUST managed to deroach my place after a year, so much black mold, and they have power-sucking wall units for heat and cooling. For my like 300 sqft place, we paid 250 bucks a month keeping it warm. I honestly need a new place. But it's expensive. Next cheapest place is like 750 a month
