Since the Orc Mafia isn't a Site NPC Faction (like The Kingdom, The Empire, The Town With No Name, etc), it's on you, the player, to supply to Bounty AND Reward. Or whoever owns the Orc Mafia. "Official" Bounties will only come from crossing one of the Site Factions.

Description: This prime wears a neon blue shirt along with a brown letterman jacket that has the letter B on it. Along with his clothing, he wears blue jeans and regular sneakers. The prime's identity is unidentified due to a costume chicken mask that covers his entire head. His species is a caucasian human male whose height is around 5'12.

Last seen: Tier Four at the Neon Nights Club and escaped with some individuals that are possibly associated with Westside.

And who's paying the bounty? As Cell mentioned, either you can choose to OOC give someone the OM if they kill you. Or whoever owns the 'Orc Mafia' (if that's not you) has to do that. Since they're not an official site faction, the OM won't simply be granted by a staffer as usual - it'll be 'transferred' between the appropriate players.

If you don't want to do that, you can just 'pretend' you have a bounty when writing your IC posts, but players won't have the same OOC incentive to try and claim it.

I was doing this for fun but since I talked to Luci since she first created this NPC faction that isn't official, she said it was fine for me transfering OM to the bounty hunter.  So I'll be the one willing to donate OM to whoever claims this bounty.

Bounty on Dark Hecate - 200 OM: 

There is a Prime named "Hecate" who has a personality named Dark Hecate. Given the personality is insane, and hard to tolerate, that is one of the reasons for the bounty. The other is that ICly, Warren is genuinely scared of her, and does not want her to continue to be a problem. However, the bounty may be a bit difficult to do because Dark Hecate and Hecate share a body. Therein lies his problem of dealing with her. He doesn't want to harm Hecate particularly, but wants to be rid of Dark Hecate once and for all. So 200 OM, on her, and a 50 OM bonus if someone finds a way to ICLy neutralize Dark Hecate as a threat without banishment.

He's going to be watched in any Empire-owned space for a bit, to determine if they need to put a bounty out. Lemme know if you want a Storyteller on that. Otherwise, just let us know when he inevitably fucks up =P
