Today was the first day Ash decided he was going to make a trip to Coruscant. On that day, he was sitting in the local tavern back in Darkshire after he finished his patrol duties on helping out with the militia. He was lounging around on and decided to play Texas hold ‘em with five other bounty hunters who weren't locals. While playing the game, the people who were strangers were conversating while the dealer handed them their cards. Each of the bounty hunters told stories of their own travels and the bounties they collected from how long they lived in the Omniverse. Some of the stories boasted about themselves and others were humorous.

A short while in, Ash announced that he was a prime that has been living here for some time now and said that he hasn't tried to travel to the other verses that they talked about. He didn't really know any other place for a lengthy period until he met with primes from outside of this verse. All the verses they talked about Ash would like to visit someday but Darkshire needed as much help with primes. There was one bounty hunter named Jackson and he was part cybernetic. A bald Caucasian burly man who stood taller than Ash and had bigger biceps. His left hand was an advanced cybernetic hand and there was a story how he lost that hand along with why he got the augments. The evil dead slayer shared his story too about his right hand and the replacement he has for it.

That's when Jackson told him it would be best to head over to Coruscant and find a cybernetic doctor if he wanted a more advanced hand. So, Ash took his advice and decided to travel to Coruscant but planned not to stay there for too long. He's already heard about the Empire and knew they can be strict, but he doesn't plan to be a trouble-maker, as long no one turned into a deadite.

After getting clearance from the Nexus gateway squad he stepped through the portal-like entrance and entered the sprawling futuristic city verse. He noticed he was inside a humongous building that had a dome ceiling above him that had glass panels with the light of the verse's sun shining through it. Many varied species of beings were inside this building and stormtrooper presence was significant. A huge golden statue of Emperor Palpatine stood in the center of the foyer with a welcoming gesture. It was placed in front of the gateway for the newcomers or returning people of Coruscant.

"Emperor Palpatine of The Empire" was the big printed letters that were engraved into the base that the statue was on top of.

This image of the emperor was made to appear he had the authority over anyone who set foot in his verse.

Ash walked past the statue and went up the stairs that led to a row of counters that had lines of people, standing before them. He noticed it was registration of citizenship for Coruscant due to the holographic words that were displayed on a wall above the counters. The evil dead slayer didn't want to register to live in this verse, so he bypass citizenship registration station and continued to walk into one of the two hallways that were beside the registration counters. While walking away from the foyer, Ash realized there were many people front and behind him. He also noticed that there was a checkpoint of stormtroopers that citizens/tourist lined up at. It was the only way to get to the rest of Coruscant, so Ash had no choice to wait there for a lengthy time. Eagerness was growing on him as he waited to see what this so-called popular verse appeared to be. Each person took at least a minute or two if they had their citizenship ID. If the stormtroopers security scanners went off on something, the troopers had to pat down that person and figure out why their security system was going off. The time lapse for this depended on how fast they could get it done.

After it seemed for about thirty minutes, it was finally Ash's turn. He went through the imperial scanner terminal that was embedded into the floor with three stormtroopers surrounding it and one officer who stood behind a computer system that was hooked up to the scanner right next to it. The scanner blared the alarm off that it detected something on Ash. A groan came out of his mouth from the security system was unfair to the somewhat good guy. They halt him and tell him that the system was going off because of his holstered boomstick.

"Sir, your weapon is required to be removed due to the laws of Coruscant," the Stormtrooper stated to Ash in a demanding manner.

"Fine," Ash replied with his patience becoming thin.

He used his Ominilium to make his shotgun disappear and remained with no weapons attached to him. The only thing he had was his old steel prosthetic hand. They pat him down for more suspicious stuff and shot a mug picture of him to run through the bounty board of the Empire on the computer system. After the four-minute process, they let Ash proceed to pass the checkpoint.

"Alright, you're clear. Move along," the stormtrooper ordered Ash while stepping out of his way.

The Darkshire traveler did so and moved beyond the checkpoint to go down a flight of steps that was fifty feet away. After getting down the flight of steps, he entered an extensive massive hallway that had many advertisements, propaganda, seating areas, benches, and vending machines. Potted plant life was established here to give a livelier style too. This took fifteen minutes for Ash to get all the way to the end of the second hallway. When he left the hallway, the Darkshire defender realized he was finally outside on a massive docking platform that had hover vehicles of all sorts such as taxis, buses, and EPD. Crowds of people waited for certain transports to get here but Ash made his way through.

Ash wasn't really used to this kind of crowding before since he came from Darkshire which was nothing compared to this size. Afterward, from finally getting out from the crowd, Ash can finally see how Coruscant looked to be. Of course, he was amazed from the sight of the gigantic city. Miles and miles appeared to be nothing but the city. Tall futuristic architecture buildings reached higher to the sky than others. There was much flight traffic happening with the hover cars that populated Coruscant. The sun shined down upon the city, making it look like it was made of gold from the metallic reflection. He was dumbstruck at this moment that he didn't think this city would be the biggest he ever saw.

Seeing it rather than hearing about it does make a difference.

The evil dead slayer finally snapped out of the city's attractive display and got into one of the taxis.

His taxi driver was a green male alien humanoid known as Rodian.

"Where ya headin' to?" the Rodian spoke in his ruff city accent.

"Just take me to the square of this city," Ash replied to the taxi driver, trying not to get weirded out from his appearance.

The hover taxi lifted in the air for a second and turned away from the welcome center of Coruscant. They flew away than blended in one of the bustling air traffic freeways.

Ash walked down a daily bustling street of Tier One that contained a melting pot of Omniverse's various species. He went along with his own business which didn't make him stand out from the crowd. Advertisements of Imperial products where everywhere that included animated billboards, announcements, posters, and decal that were on transport buses. The propaganda was heavy here too including the Imperial presence. Stormtroopers would pass Ash frequently while on patrol or there was some that were in an alleyway detaining a citizen that wasn't obedient to their laws. It even felt like he was being watched for every move he made. None the less, it didn't really bother him one bit since he wasn't here to cause trouble.

Propaganda posters on the streets had pictures Judge Dredd or famous imperial heroic primes with patriotic slogans that try to grab the attention of anyone who passed them about the laws here in Coruscant. Hovercar traffic hummed in the sky constantly and the city was never quite to any time of the day. Here, people worked twenty-four seven in the capital of the Empire. This major faction of the omniverse itself isn't going to get things done if people aren't doing something. Back in Darkshire, there was a curfew that affected the ones that didn't have authority to be active at night. It was a safety precaution for people's safety since at night, that was the time of day to not venture out or wander around alone. Anything harmful would still try to slip through the cracks of Darkshire in any way possible.

Ash didn't forget about Hillside and didn't think a town like that could survive within the Pale Moors since it's twice as insignificant compared to Darkshire. Maybe they have a secret technique that they know how to stay strong against the inhumane natures of the verse. He shook his head and reminded himself to stay focus on the topic at hand what he came here for. The distractions were kicked out of his head and his eyes searched for any advertisements about synthetic doctors. In hopes, he can come across one that isn't shady and not bootlegged. Ash moved out of the way when three stormtroopers marched down the sidewalk. One of the walkies were going off about some code that represented a crime that was taking place, but the operator was a female voice that sounded calm.

The Darkshire defender even went up to some locals and asked them about any doctors but the answers he got didn't help much. After finished talking to couple strangers he tried out, he sat down on a bench right outside of some store. In front of him was an orange holographic tree that was being projected from a metallic technological slab. Earlier, he grabbed a Pepsi out of one of the vending machines that had Pepsiman advertisements about Pepsi products. There was kind of defeat appearance on his face from how long he hasn't made any progress regarding what he came for. His eyes stayed focus in front of him, but sometimes bypassing strangers would block his vision. He even messed around with his mobile Dataverse device to see if he can get any help at all. Hopefully soon Ash will find someone that can make him the most badass hand he's been wanting. Importantly, his chainsaw hand will always be kickass compared to anything else that he connected to his handless risk too.

Without any help and feeling lost on Coruscant, Ash thought it would be best to pack up and head back to the Pale Moors he was most familiar with. The Imperial capital was just so gigantic to him and the tiers were so big, it was impossible to explore in one day. He knew that it wouldn't be smart to waste time here in Omniverse's biggest melting pot of a verse since the city was mostly full of people that would go about there lives and not bother to help a prime in need. In that kind of mindset, Ash stood up from the metallic bench and proceeded down the sidewalk to find an idling Taxi. It wasn't so hard to find one in Tier One after all because it took Ash a couple of minutes to find one. He opened the passenger's rear door of the taxi and hopped on in. The taxi driver this time was a human in his middle age who was putting on pounds and was going half bald.

"I need to a ride to the nexus gate," Ash asked the Taxi driver and the man driving the hovercar put the vehicle into drive and hovered off, down the street.

It took ten minutes to get through the city until they got to a ramp that had access to the sky highway of Tier One. They flew through the bright rich city of Coruscant along with the daily air traffic. Coming from the passenger side, an Imperial dropship transport hummed passed by them with the side doors opened, revealing a squad of white-clad armor imperial storm troopers. The dropship sped through the traffic, passing one car after another. Apparently, they were on route in hurry about something, but Ash didn't give too much thought about it. Maybe one day he'll come back here just to experience other parts of this popular verse. Suddenly, his Dataverse Device went off with a buzzing ringtone that Ash received a Message. Strange, He hasn't really chatted with anyone on the Dataverse unless it could be spam. The evil dead slayer opened up the device and read a message written by faction he has quarreled with before.

Nebula.

Apparently, whoever was running the head of these operations went by as Shade Man. A lame name Ash thought about it. What was he? A guy that has the power of sunglasses? His thoughts ran with hoping that all of them will be called again to deal with this guy. Also sounds like Dr. Regal was also working with him. There needs some explaining to be done all about this. In the meantime, its probably not smart to deal with this Nebula leader alone since the one he faced with other friends he made was a tough guy to bring down. All Ash needed to do was set his mind on one thing. Just getting another badass hand. He looked out of his window at the passing towering skyscrapers that they flew.

After fifteen more minutes of flying, they reached their destination. Ash paid the driver with his OM and got out of the cab. Still, there was a lot of people at the welcoming center waiting for transports. He stood up straight and went into the sea of a crowd to get back into the building for the Nexus gate. Signs directed him where the Nexus gate was. It didn't take too long for ash to follow the directions to lead back to where he entered this verse. He got through security which didn't take too long, and they let him through where the gateway was located. Ash passed the statue of Palpatine again to stand in front of the Nexus Gateway. Embracing the weird feeling he was about to feel, Ash stepped forward into the gateway and on the other side, he was in now the familiar Nexus. Stormtroopers let him go about his business since he was not wanted and Ash summoned his Oldsmobile to get back to the Pale Moors.
