Well, as a player I want to be able to set myself up for my future exploits and the Endless Dunes is the best place for me to enact the plans I have in place for my character.

As a character, like I said, he was drawn back to the desert. You could explain it like how turtles return to the same beach they were born on to lay eggs, or just as a resonance of the soul. The desert is in Ganondorf, as much a part of him as his heart. He was hammered into what he is by the harsh desert winds, the brutal heat of the day, and the deadly cold of the night.

So, even looking at the decision from the point of my character, it wasn't so much that Ganondorf said: This is the way to the Desert. It was him "feeling" that he belonged beyond that gate.

Proto Man's just going to befriend a group of ragtag orphans in the ghettos of Corusant.

I really hope they all have "Little Rascals" names. Buckwheat. Alfalfa. Etc.

I really want to play with you one of these days, Gan. I think right now, it would be awesome to part ways, have them both leave with a mutual animosity towards one another, because later, it's just going to make the squabbles even sweeter. I feel a Goku/Vegeta dynamic happening between them would be freakin bitchin.

Edit: Or...or... Vegeta/Nappa. Hint: I am totally not Nappa.

Also, just so you know, the animosity is totally one sided. Ganon just sees you as unruly, uncontrollable, and beneath him. He'll pay you more notice if you show yourself to be someone worthy of his attention, by either joining with him or putting yourself against him.

I've been meaning to post, but I haven't had the time to sit down and read everything so I can actually get a first post up--or when I have, it's right when I'm about to pass out (like now).

I'll give you something to work with Joker, once I wrap this up. In the meantime you can roleplay yourself getting taken back to Coruscant, and then taken by transport to be held in wait for judgement. I imagine that'll fill a good post if you're craving words.

Maybe some sort of "I'm going to rule this place before you do" sort of thing? I need a rival. Someone to outwit, and perhaps be outwitted by. I think that Ganon is crude enough, and certainly intelligent enough to do that and get some awesome results.

That's part of the reason why I chose the Dunes to start. ^_^ For now, he doesn't know you have any plans like his. When he finds out, yes... you'll be a rival.
