Personality: Warren Zimmer is an individual who is power hungry, and a schemer. However, Warren hates to be under the thumb of other people. In fact he hated it when he was forced to work for the villain Sudden Death. It is for this reason that he despises Omni because he is "under his thumb" in his opinion, and that is something Warren dislikes. Warren does not like the Empire because of their attitudes towards people from what he has experienced. Warren also has beliefs that technology is superior to any mental powers, or manipulation of reality because it has limitless room to grow. Warren Zimmer is not sure about Hecate, but knows she has the potential to be a powerful asset if he can properly corrupt her. Warren knows he needs allies, and is willing to manipulate to get them. The murder done by Hecate of an Elf Girl has shaken Warren to his very core, and has put him in a slump creatively. Warren hopes he recovers, but isn't sure he will be able to come up with anything new for himself, attack wise. Warren is also searching for a place that would be proper to build his home. His fight with Yandere Lover has made Warren realize just how much he needs to improve his skills as a worthy combatant, and how he need to get a better grasp of his environment. Warren is paranoid about Yandere Lover, and Dark Hecate. He's also developed a phobia for Ice, and for Jungle like areas, and so would avoid them both. Furthermore, he has also gained a phobia of Katanas. His humiliation has also stripped him of any and all self-esteem, self confidence, and self worth. It has also made him pessimistic, believing he will always lose to anyone he encounters. Warren has also become afraid of other Primes as well.
Pre Omniverse History:
Originally Warren Zimmer loved spending time with his dad Richard Zimmer. However his dad was always too busy, working on experiments with the Core which was a powerful energy source from outerspace. This led to his dad creating the robot known as "Side Kick" to look after his son. Unfortunately, Richard didn't count on the robot developing emotions similar to those of a human, including jealousy. In a last ditch effort to bond with his father, Warren agreed to be part of an experiment that would lead to the creation of a group of individuals to guard the Mega Cores, and the Core from threats. Unfortunately, Sidekick who would later become known as Drop Kick sabotaged the experiment, killing Richard, and trapping Warren in a containment suit to survive. Over the years, when R.Z 6.0 came online Warren grew angry, believing he had been replaced by the Guardians in his father's eyes.
This led to him becoming the villain known as "Wild Card" but in the end, he was defeated by the Guardian Ish who sacrificed his Guardian abilities in order to save all of his friends, and the world. Locked up in a prison, Wild Card was later 'released' or rather broken out by the villainous alien known as Sudden Death who decided he'd use Warren and Drop Kick in order to steal all the Mega Cores of the planet. Unfortunately, when Sudden Death turned Warren back into Wild Card he didn't count on how treacherous Warren Zimmer was. Eventually Warren helped the Guardians defeat Sudden Death, but it was part of a plot to steal the energy of the core directly. It was thwarted, and the safe zone was completely obliterated.
Upon that, he was brought to the Omniverse by Omni.
Omniverse History:
The initial arrival of Warren Zimmer landed him where all the other Primes arrived, in the Nexus. When he arrived, there he was met by some off duty Imperials. These off duty imperials beat the ever loving daylights out of him, but Warren managed to survive. The situation repeated on Coruscant, shortly thereafter. After leaving without really exploring, after receiving some education from Ricky, Warren wandered the Nexus for a bit. Eventually he met Hecate Rothchild. When he met her, he decided he'd try to manipulate her to join him. So, he did, and they moved to the Tangled Green where they share a base together. Of course, Warren knows she can't be trusted, because of her dark side. After witnessing the murder of an Elf Girl by Hecate's Dark side, Warren has 'abandoned' his home, and made his way to the Endless Dunes.
Eventually he was harassed on the Dataverse by a "Yandere Lover" which led to him visiting the individual on Coruscant. After leaving for his home in the Tangled Green, he fought Yandere Lover. Warren was not the winner of that little tussle, quite the opposite actually. Warren was murdered by Yandere Lover, and has only just returned. Weakened, he's now forced to search for a new home. Recently after a lot of deliberation he has decided that his home will be in the Endless Dunes, near that of Gilgamesh. After he met Gilgamesh, Warren was stabbed through the shoulder. This traumatized him and so he left Nippur. Currently he is surveying the lands of the Endless Dunes to find a place to build himself a home.
A place has recently been built by him, but Warren is feeling nostalgic. Still, he knows he is nowhere near strong enough to reclaim his own home. As a result he is fairly irritated with himself for not being capable enough to do so. Recently he visited the Sulaco, and cut a deal with the Empire to have them free his home. Now he is thinking of relocating out of the Endless Dunes, to Coruscant.

NFL- R (Ranged Proficiency, 300 OM, RP Fodder.):
[float=right] ![[Image: k5gsA-pqKKMuvwZ2tBuU8cgQZcYDRc1o6FCFAM6z...aomsB03pwG]](https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/k5gsA-pqKKMuvwZ2tBuU8cgQZcYDRc1o6FCFAM6zKIJM-96Nx6vcnUUrmIqZm0i79Spy-H5uzcziiGS6xffsNGhnEhKLGRTj0ToPzFncpo33-jVdaUoyIJptcRRC0faomsB03pwG) [/float]
The NFL-R is a watch like device that shoots a 7-14 inch beam of energy out of it at an opponent when worn. This travels at about the speed of an arrow, and takes him about 15 seconds to charge up properly. However, the NFL-R is required to have a variety of apps and techniques that he can do while wearing it.
It also, if functional would create his armor over his body. Sadly that function has been lost when it was brought to the Omniverse. The NFL-R is a move that also acts as his communicator and Mobile Dataverse Device (When he acquires one that is) so all of his stuff is integrated for his own use. The move does have a lot of power behind it, once fully charged, meaning it can likely do a lot of damage were it to hit an opponent. It can be aimed, as well. Warren can most certainly move when aiming, and firing the blast of energy from the watch.
[float=right] ![[Image: 4-light-beam-photoshop-tutorial.jpg]](https://naldzgraphics.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/4-light-beam-photoshop-tutorial.jpg) [/float]
Chaotic Quarter-Spear Staff (900 OM, Ranged, Area Attack, Physical Strength):
[float=right] [/float]
A quarterstaff that was purchased from a vendor in the Nexus by Warren. This staff doubles as a spear but also has another function to it. The staff has been outfitted with Technology that allows it to shoot bursts of purple energy that do a moderate amount of damage. The staff is able of course to be summoned whenever Warren needs it. It takes 5 seconds to switch ‘modes’ of the staff. The spear mode is capable of being used for melee combat, or thrown at an opponent. The blasts don’t drain much energy but they are not very accurate. 6–8 feet long, this spear can be thrown 20 meters. It is moderately draining on his stamina, and does not require any concentration to use. This is one of the weapons that Warren has obtained, or will anyway.
Multi-Weapon Construct Apparatus MK I: (600 OM, Physical Strength)
[float=right] [/float]
This device was one that didn't exist, back in Warren's world. Created using data on Hard Light Technology, this is capable of making a few preset constructs that have been programmed into it. The constructs it makes are limited to hand held things, and currently, only a few defaults have been installed as capabilities of the device. This also has his communicator and mobile data verse device integrated into it. Unlike his devices, this is one that Warren has built for himself. These moves can be used while he is moving, and if he has a hand free they can be used with other moves so long as the move doesn't conflict.
The first construct is an elegant purple and black Calvary sword that has golden trim. This sword can be used for melee combat and is a simple construct with no special properties, and is an ordinary sword. This takes two seconds to summon. This is a foot and a half long.
The second construct granted by the Multi-Weapon Construct Apparatus is a set of hooked swords. These can be used defensively to parry attacks that are directed by crossing them together. They can also be used to travel along zip lines, but their primary use is to cut an enemy down to size. Despite being constructs they are ordinary blades with no special properties. This takes five seconds to summon both. These are about two and a half feet long. This move is moderately taxing on Warren's stamina, and requires both hands for him to use successfully. It can be used while moving, but cannot be used with other moves by him, for some reason.
NFL-R App: Scientific Replica - Saishu Sasayaki: (600) Physical/Debuff Proficiency.
The swords are both 5.5 feet long with curved blades. These have white steel, with black leather handles. They also have purple circuitry on the blades, making them appear to look futuristic. The swords lack any form of guard making them less effective in defensive application. The swords are heavy and long making blows behind them more powerful but also more straining to Warren forcing him to rely on other abilities for long drawn out battles. These swords maintain a constant temperature of -60°C and can freeze any cuting or stabbing wound inflicted by the blades on contact. This thin layer of ice, slightly slows any limb cut by it. This ice melts overtime starting slow at 30 seconds and melts faster overtime before being completely melted at 1 minute Any wounds caused by these swords do not bleed reducing the overall damage of a strike. This effect does not discern friend from foe and can damage allies, as well as Warren if he were to cut himself with the blades. The blades use a cryonic generator to generate the intense cold. They were made from Warren unknowingly using Insight to learn how Saishu Sasayaki worked, and then creating a technological replica of said blades. These have no non-scientific abilities, and are just highly advanced technology that he added to his arsenal. These pop out of his NFL-R when he pushes a button on it, allowing him to use this app that he has constructed for his NFL-R.
Foot Bomb V1 - (300 OM, Debuff, Ranged, Area Attack Proficiency.)
The Foot Bomb is a bomb that looks like your traditional football. This bomb takes Warren about seventeen seconds to create. During the creation of the bomb Warren can move around as much as he likes because the bomb does not take that much effort for him to create. This can be kicked 75 feet from him and when he kicks it, it travels at about 40 MPH. The kick is the tiring part of the move. The bomb can explode 1 or 2 ways. After being kicked, and landing where it was kicked it will explode automatically after about 15 seconds. However, if it should hit anyone, or anything the bomb will also explode. The Gas Cloud can cover about 20 feet, and the explosion is about 35 feet in diameter but at the center of the explosion, the explosion is more powerful in terms of damage. The Gas Cloud released by the explosion is poisonous, and for 10 seconds will take away 1 Tec from an opponent temporarily. They can undo it one of three ways. Powering up, or getting out of the cloud. The third way is to destroy the cloud of poisonous gas that has been released by the Footbomb. This is moderately damaging on Warren's stamina reserves, and has a 20 second cool down for just this move upon completion. The Footbomb Warren uses appears to be made out of a purple crystal, with obvious circuitry inside of it. The Footbomb is a move that taps into his love of foot ball, and also mad science.
The bomb takes him 17 seconds to create. The bomb will remain for thirty seconds, and he must use it within that frame of time, or he will have to create the bomb anew. The explosion is moderately powerful. The kick is tiring on Warren, which is why he does not often use this move. [float=left] [/float]
Yandere Hater 9000 (900, Ranged, Debuff)
[float=right] [/float]
The Yandere Hater 9000 is a 40 inch grey and purple blaster rifle which can fire three types of ammunition. Changing power cartridges (such as when switching ammo types or reloading) takes 3 seconds. The Yandere Hater 9000 has an effective range of 90 feet and its shots travel at the speed of arrows.
The three ammo types are:
Standard Blasts. Foot-long, inch-thick beams of purple energy about as powerful as arrows. They cauterise any wounds they inflict, preventing blood loss. This ammunition type has a semi-automatic rate of fire (one shot each time the trigger is pulled) and each cartridge holds enough power for 21 blasts. When loading this ammunition, Warren cannot fight, as the process requires the use of both hands and for him to Focus mostly on his weapon; he can still walk or run as normal, though.
Sniper Beam. An inch-thick beam of purple energy which keeps going until it reaches its max range or hits a target. Upon striking someone, the beam will deal high damage. This beam cauterises any wounds it inflicts, preventing blood loss. Each sniper cartridge only holds enough power for a single shot. This ammo type has a strong recoil, so Warren will tire himself out if he uses it too frequently. When loading this ammunition, Warren cannot fight, as the process requires the use of both hands and for him to Focus mostly on his weapon; he can still walk or run as normal, though.
Dimensional Beam. An inch-thick beam of purple energy which keeps going until it reaches its max range or hits a target. Upon hitting someone, the beam of energy will disable a single move for 10 seconds. Each character can only have up to one move removed at a time. In the case of weapon-type moves, the item vanishes into a pocket dimension for the duration. In the case of magical moves, the character still remembers how their move functions (as this is not a mental effect), but the Omnilium expended to purchase that move is sealed away in the pocket dimension, rendering it temporarily unusable. Each dimensional cartridge only holds enough power for a single shot. This ammo type has a strong recoil, so Warren will tire himself out if he uses it too frequently. In order to disable a move, Warren must have seen it used at least once, at some point before loading this ammunition. When loading this ammunition, Warren cannot fight or move at all, as the process of calibrating the shot to disable a specific move takes his complete Focus.
Chained/Unchained Chaos(1200 OM, Physical Strength, Debuff.):
[float=right] [/float]
A katana that was also purchased. This sword appears to be a generic katana, at first glance, with a two-foot long blade. However, chains are wrapped around the hilt and it is kept in its sheath. This is used as a blunt weapon by Warren, most of the time. It is moderately draining on his stamina to summon but is summoned instantly.
Unchained Chaos is the form of Chained Chaos where the limiters Warren put into the sword are released. It takes Warren 3 second of complete concentration to remove the limiters and take the katana out of its sheath. The katana is automatically resheathed if Warren uses another melee weapon. It appears to be a generic katana but has two special modes he can use with it. It takes 8 seconds to activate either one of this modes, and only one can be active at once. While activating one of the modes, Warren has to focus a moderate amount but can still execute basic dodges, blocks, and attacks and partially use other moves/powers with lower concentration requirements.
- Lightning Mode: The mode where Unchained Chaos behaves like a sword that is charged with a Tazer. Lightning Mode causes the loss of access to a limb temporarily, if it strikes an opponent, as well as doing some extra damage due to the electric discharge. Attacking someone twice will remove the effect of the last paralysis and reapply it in the new area hit (refreshing the duration). The paralysis lasts about 5 seconds, but increases and decreases by 1-second increments based on Warren's TEC and the opponent's. He can keep this mode active for six seconds. This is fairly draining on his stamina.
- Fire Mode: This mode of the sword has it ignite with purple flames which increase the damage of the sword strikes. In addition to the extra damage, being hit by a flaming strike would leave a burn mark on an opponent for the next 8 seconds that would hurt quite severely (despite not doing extra damage) - making concentrating on moves and attacks more difficult, particularly for primes with a TEC lower than Warren. Hitting someone twice will remove the previous burn mark and apply a new one. He can keep this mode active for 6 seconds.
NFL Laser - 300 OM, Ranged Proficiency.
[float=right] [/float]
The NFL-Laser takes about five seconds for Warren to generate it. It can fire ten lasers, each moving at the speed of a bullet, before needing to be recharged. Recharging the gun takes him about 5 seconds, and will grant another 10 shots. The range is 75 feet from him in any direction. The gun can be used while moving, and only needs one of his hands to do. Creating and charging the gun is moderately taxing on his stamina, akin to a light work out. Due to the low rate of Fire, about one shot every 3 seconds by this pistol, it can do high amounts of damage to anyone, or any object that it hits.
The NFL-Laser was modified after a Blaster Pistol by Warren Zimmer, but has his own tweaks. The beam of energy it fires is colored purple, about a cenitmetre thick, and dissipates as soon as it hits something.
NFL Laser - Fire Blast (300, Ranged Prof, Debuff):
A red laser that shoots out of the NFL- Laser. This travels at the speed of an arrow. The blast takes about 8 seconds to charge up. This leaves a burn mark that is agonizingly painful on the hand of the individual who is hit by it, causing them to be unable to concentrate effectively on moves and powers, particularly for primes with a lower TEC than Warren. The burn mark will disappear once 15 seconds pass. Hitting someone twice will remove the previous burn mark and apply a new one.
[float=left] ![[Image: dark_energy_blast_by_krazy_taco.jpg]](https://img00.deviantart.net/336f/i/2009/068/7/a/dark_energy_blast_by_krazy_taco.jpg) [/float]
Ceiling Turret (300 OM, Ranged Proficiency, Ranged Materialize, Remote Control):
[float=right] ![[Image: logan-hales-turretgun-render-1.jpg?1513974420]](https://cdnb.artstation.com/p/assets/images/images/008/620/479/large/logan-hales-turretgun-render-1.jpg?1513974420) [/float]
One of the moves that is actually a defense system that was put in Castle Zimmer by Warren. By pulling out a remote, and waiting 5 seconds, a cannon can come down from the ceiling and lock onto a single opponent. This shoots a beam of energy that travels at the speed of an arrow. The beam of energy is admittedly low powered, and is a mechanism that Warren has yet to make portable. Requires Warren's full concentration, so he cannot move, or attack or dodge when this is in use. Alternatively by pushing a button on his NFL-R. he can cause the Ceiling Turrets to appear anywhere but still needs to spend the 5 seconds to create then. While the beams may be weak they can keep firing as much as Warren wants them to. They shoot about two beams per seconds.
Wall Missiles (300 OM, Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack, Ranged Materialize, Remote Control):
[float=left] [/float]
One of the defense systems installed in Castle Zimmer. This can either be automatically activated should someone intrude in Castle Zimmer without permission from Warren Zimmer, or activated should he be in the castle and encounter the intruder. Like the Ceiling Turrets these travel at the speed of an arrow each, but about 15 missiles are fired at a time from the wall turrets. While they may do a low amount of damage individually, the damage the missiles are truly capable of is fairly high if all of them hit their target. Each causes a targeted explosion with a 1ft radius. Takes about 7 seconds to activate. Requires Warren's full concentration, so he cannot move, or attack or dodge when this is in use.
This can also be used outside Warren's base, by pushing a button on a remote. Once he pushes a button on the remote and goes through the usual 7 second activation process, the turrets that shoot the wall missiles will appear and open fire performing their usual on an opponent. To fire more missiles, Warren needs to reactivate the turrets (which takes 7 seconds and is the same as activating them the first time).
Base Cameras (Fodder Move):
Basically allows Warren to spy on his base when he is not in it, and record everything for his viewing later, including if someone snatches an Artefact or anything along those lines because it's a pain for him to have to deal with later.

NPC Name: Jason Todd
NPC Source: Batman Under the Red Hood (AU)
Character history: When Jason dug his way out of his grave in Gotham City, Jason was taken by the League of Assassins. For about 2 years he was educated and trained by them in various combat techniques. What Ras had planned was to mold Jason into his heir since the one he actually wanted as his heir would not do it. However no matter what tortures they used on Jason he would not follow their orders. After he got badly hurt and became brain dead they immersed him in the Lazarus Pit. For a while he was driven into a blood lust by the pit's effects and attacked Tim Drake, the one Robin he didn't consider his enemy until he was stopped.
Eventually he decided that he would not return to Gotham after that. Instead he went to Bludhaven and started policing criminals in that city, because it needed him more than Gotham did. During one of his missions he got himself badly hurt, and was transported into the Omniverse by Omni. Now he has to cope with a new set of rules for himself, and a new life. What Jason does not know was that he was summoned by Warren Zimmer to the Omniverse, to serve as muscle.
