I wish for the end of world hunger, without anyone dying in the process.

Granted. The necessity to eat and drink is eliminated from the world so nobody goes hungry again. Not only do enormous sectors of the economy collapse because restaurants, hot dog stands, supermarkets and other food-based industries suddenly have no customers anymore, but by extension farmers, food researchers, doctors specializing in food-based illnesses and disorders and people that had jobs in the restaurants, supermarkets etc. are out of a job now too. Furthermore because people no longer have to eat or drink they are deprived of one of the most elemental enjoyments of life, namely the taste of food and drinks and activities related to it (such as a family lunch, a picnic, Thanksgiving dinner...), making life far more bland and boring. Finally, capitalistic governments consider abolishing the laws that force businesses to give lunch breaks because nobody needs to have lunch anymore.

I wish I could shapeshift IRL.

Granted, but you are only allowed to shapeshift into that thing once. (example: If you shape shift into a wolf, then into a bird, you can never be a wolf again.)

Granted but they are so un-needy that you lose all business. I wish that Warhammer wasn't exceedingly expensive, especially in Australia

I wish that communism was used accross the world but only if it is perfect, nothing like north korea's 'communism'. Communism like it should work.

Granted. Shortly after this is achieved, a revolution begins started by salty capitalists. They never manage to take power, so the communist governments remain, but the entire world is in turmoil.

I wish I could manipulate probability.

I wish I could summon whatever I want, as if I'm using Omnilium.

Granted, but you must completely understand how whatever you're creating would work in your world in order to make it, and summoning requires a rare element so expensive it will always be cheaper to simply purchase what you want if it is an earthly good.

I wish I owned a fast food restaurant chain.

Granted. The unhealthy food you sell leads to more and more obesity across the world, as your restaurant chain spreads. Slowly every person on the planet eats nothing but your fast food, but eventually everyone is too fat to get the ingredients for your food, so they all starve, with you as the only survivor among billions of decaying corpses.
