Hello Omniversians! Let's play a little creative game! Pick some characters you think will never been selected as PCs and describe what their adventures in the Omniverse would be like! You can take these seriously or do them as jokes.

Note: Please don't use this as a platform to outright bash characters or franchises you personally hate. This topic is for fun, not nerd rage. ^^

Anywho, I'll get this started!


Hamtaro: After barely surviving the Nexus, he'll travel to the Tangled green where he establishes the greater hamster transport system and creates an underground clubhouse where other hamsters can gather. This eventually become a cult where they worship the stars in the sky, thinking they are little candy balls that could fall at any moment. What started as a few, turns into hundreds, eventually thousands. Each night they'll pray to the stars to fall and feed their young with delicious sugar. Eventually the orcs catch on to hamster kind. They task their local exterminator, Orkin, to clean up the infestation. Many were killed, and hamster kind is forced to relocate to Ambrosia. The player rage quits soon after.

Squirrel Girl: Diablo; dead. Palpatine; dead. Omni; dead. Player; banned.

Squid Girl: In this new setting, she decides to continue her bid to take over the human world. She goes to Costa del Sol where she plans to begin her domination schemes. It was here she quickly found out that not everyone in the Omniverse are humans. Thinking non-humans rule here, she instead works towards keeping the beaches clean. She becomes a spokesperson for conservation organizations, and the stories quickly become about her dealing with the fame. Eventually, the player will switch out for some random villain when they decided they didn't desire to write slice of life stories forever.

Saitama: (Someone maybe nuts enough to play this one, but I'm hedging my bets here.) The player starts out as businessman Saitama and basically roleplays his grind to power, slowly and surely, avoiding all and any fights just constant training, then when he unlocks tier 3 super moves, he'll make their One Punch that move. This player has a strategy to ensure the One Punch is the final attack, like a string of lower tier super moves that don't involve touching the opponent, just to wittle their HP down. At least that WAS his plan. The actual player eventually starved to death doing nothing but writing fluff posts about Saitama training.

The Doctor (I feel like we had one)
He arrives, tries to be the Doctor, realizes he can't have any directly aggressive Moves because he's the Doctor and that the TARDIS in its full glory is not allowed according to the Rules.

Ash
It could almost work but the fact is that Ash has no skills of his own (okay he does have superhuman strength given the fact that he just picks up 100 kilogram Pokemon but you know what) and his moveset is entirely Assists.

Thomas the Tank Engine
I actually had a dream about this. I got Thomas as my third character and by Omni it was glorious. I imagined it as my old Optimus Prime character, but without the humanoid form. As in Thomas the Tank Engine with a turret attached to his chimney. It was badass. Unfortunately, I think that would go off the rails pretty quickly.

DEF: 1 (Just normal DONKEH! resilience)
SPD: 4 (GOTTA GO FEST!)
TEC: 0 (DONKEH! is not known for intelligence)
He has Ranged and Melee proficiency, as well as Advanced Super Jumping, Growth (Giant DONKEH!), Stealth, Super-Speed, and Survival. He starts with the moves
DONKEH CHARGE!- DONKEH! charges into his opponent at a speed of nearly 80 MPH.
DONKEH SPIT!- DONKEH! spits at his opponent.
He gets a power up called "SCI-FI DONKEH!" where he gets a scifi visor, and a turret mounted to his back. It gives him

I propose that we turn this thread into nothing but more upgrades to DONKEH!

Super Attack 3 - Smash Mouth
Out of nowhere, a voice starts singing "All Star". As the classic "SomeBOdy" is sung, DONKEH kicks the target in the mouth.

Truth: This player thought he could be a smartass. "Omni and Truth are two separate characters!" However, the jig was up thanks to his move, "all the powers of Omni," which was flat out rejected. The player would work on his next join app which turns out to be...

Jeff Foxworthy: His moveset was nothing but red neck jokes, including one that is a shotgun. The mod points out the "no real people" rule, but he fires back saying that Jeff Foxworthy is just a character he plays. The mod response by pointing towards the wiki, it actually was his name. Frustrated, more that "Foxworthy" was a real name than at the mod, he transitioned to...

Firebrand: He PMed the admins and said he'll hack the site if they don't let him hack the site in the next 24 hours. I'm not kidding, an actual "hacker" guy demanded this at one point. He didn't try to apply as two other characters first, that part is fictional. Said he wanted to test our security, and for some reason required our permission to do it (must have not been much of a hacker.) Anyways, Greg yelled at him and that scared him off.

[Madotsuki]

Ib

Ib enters the Omniverse with nothing but a lighter. Confused, she makes her way to Camelot, gets lost in a particularly dangerous area, almost dies, gets saved by some patrolmen and is brought to Dalaran, where she gets put into an orphanage. Kid shenanigans happen for a while, but then one day she witnesses Shinnah the gnome warlock visiting the place. Ib learns about Shinnah's abilities and requests training from her so she can protect herself and actually go places. The warlock hesitantly accepts, and they train until Ib successfully dominates a Voidwalker under her will. Ib helps out some people in the floating city before leaving for adventure as an upcoming warlock.

That's the only idea I had atm. I legitimately want to try her at some point tho.

[Revan Noctis]

Skippy the bush kangaroo: After being dazed and confused by the Nexus travels to the tangled green to go on many bush adventures. Somehow probably ends up with some children from Ambrosia. Possibly declares war on Coruscant for destroying nature.

Ludo (Star vs forces of evil): Travels to the Pale Moors to construct a mighty mansion to conquer it. Begins recruiting an army of monsters. Ends up completely failing in every single way imaginable.

Set (Gods of Egypt): Travels to the endless dunes and attempts to rule as a god.

Tohru (Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid): 
Travels to Coruscant and works as a maid for people's apartments. Possibly eventually travels to the frozen fields to meet the other dragons. Eventually forms a massive crush on some human prime.



Spartan 1337 (Halo legends): Travels to Camelot and ends up joining the Camelot military before trying to lead battles against Coruscant who he sees as similar to the covenant. Ends up trying to be political and form a new UNSC.

[The Vision]

Mother Goose - Had this idea before I decided it was not a good idea. Had powers based on old books. Like "Ran Off With the Spoon", which is a Utility Super Move that lets her escape undetected, or "Humpty-Dumpty", which involved her summoning a giant egg in mid-air and dropping it, smashing whoever was below it... Realized she was supposedly a real person.

Brothers Grimm - A more experimental version of Mother Goose involving two people being one. Imagine "Woodsman's Axe" as a melee weapon, "Huff and Puff" as a stun move of some sort, a Power-Up involving the Fairy Godmother, their Vita Compass showing bread crumbs on the ground. Imagined a Mega-Evolved Kangaskhan situation where they look like two but are treated gameplay-wise as one. But again, real people, and this time there's the two-in-one trickiness.

alright, let's see, characters that won't be played and their adventures...

I can offer a few:


Chill Penguin (Mega Man X) - maverick leader brought to the omniverse. His storyline would start with suddenly being freed of the maverick virus by coming here, but still remembering his old position and feelings. His early storyline would likely wrestle with the idea of if he is truly appreciative of no longer being forced to be maverick, or if he doesn't just want to do it of his own accord this time. He'd go through several threads in places like the frozen fields and coruscant, confronting both his pasts as a maverick hunter and maverick boss, and the flaws and ideals that led him across this line. also, there would be a lot of birb and penguin jokes at his expense. like, an insufferable amount. Like, just the penguin jokes in the average months, leaving out the rest of the word count, would be able to completely exhaust his rest points.

If he makes the choice to ignore his old maverick ways? I imagine him becoming a well-armed guard in Ambrosia eventually.

If he decides he misses bossing people around and doing as he please? there's plenty of positions for a prime who appreciates power in coruscant...

meanwhile, his poor player is constantly scrambling to find something more interesting than stat upgrades to buy for him after he gets all 3 of the moves Chill penguin has in the original game

This might not exactly be along the lines of this thread, but I think it would be frickin' badass if someone played an Excella Gionne whose DNA hadn't been rejected by the Uroboros virus. Maybe it would seem like it for a moment, that she was going to be turned into some dark, sludge-ridden abomination, and then-- holy shoot. A really pissed, superhumanly-powerful Excella Gionne.

Like. Damn. That would be awesome.

Nicol Bolas, huge OP dragon that is a planeswalker, has conquered and destroyed many planes, known to destrou minds and take away another Planeswalker's Spark

Since we're talking Planeswalker... Omnath! Mono Green "Omnom." Simply because his powers would never comply with Omniphysics. XD Unused SP is saved till next battle? I think not!

Either of the two final bosses from Touhou 1, Sariel or Konngara, would be cool to see, but I think I'm the only huge PC-98 fan around. Shinki might also be fun but that's really just my bias of "Characters Yuuka wants to punch." Kotohime would be amazing too, just because who doesn't want a princess that is completely convinced she's a cop wandering around. (Perhaps I could take her as a secondary.) Kikuri is my truly most obscure Touhou love that I'll never have, my favorite floating coin moon lady from Touhou 1 with no explanation for what she is or why she's there.

Mr. Satan would be hilarious as a prime, but to be honest, he's better suited to be a secondary.

Any Megaten character that isn't from a modern Persona game I doubt has a chance of being taken, even though they'd be cool. (Unless Mastema comes back.) I for a while had half a mind to take Akemi Nakajima as my alternate, really. "Accidentally summoning demons into the Omniverse since 2017."

Playing Set actually seems like a good idea. I'm one of the... 20 people in the entire world who liked Gods of Egypt.

Anyway, here's my suggestion.

Teen Titans GO! Beast Boy: After coming here, all of his posts involve him trying to confound and annoy everyone in the Omniverse because he’s a malicious jerk from the 3rd worst show on CN right now.
