STARTING POWERS:
STARTING MOVES:
Blank Canvas(requires Ranged Materialize Proficiency)-300 OM
Rob can create pictures that quite literally come straight off the canvas. The world of imagination in his mind becomes material but it takes time to make these pieces and until he becomes more powerful the objects he creates can only be so large and can only last so long due to not being made of the material that shapes this world(I'm unsure how long and large would be appropriate, But I'd say it should have some relation in that however powerful he is changes the baseline of his creations and say, for example: every extra half a meter takes off 10 minutes of time and shaving off half a meter adding 10 minutes. the base would be about one spherical meter in diameter for 30 minutes.) without refining his artistry for a certain kind of painting (specific move creation) this can only be used to create objects that do not have any moving parts that work or other effects as they are inert but lifelike and physical embodiments of a picture. It takes Rob half an hour to create one simple picture that functions as such and they disappear after being used.
Landscape-Tier 1 Supermove-(requires Area Defense Proficiency, Ranged Materialize Proficiency, and Debuff Proficiency)-600 OM
Rob can create a Blank Canvas whose entire landscape becomes a manifested reality, He and anyone within the area it encompasses are transported into this painting, leaving behind the piece of canvas as an entry point which brings all those who touch it into the piece. The space the piece contains is a 50 meter diameter in a dome wherein people can move around, outiside of which is pictured but anyone inside will instinctually understand the boundary exists there and walking out of it will return you in the general area of where that is in the normal omniverse, or if you choose, exactly where you were (at an immediately safe part of that area obviously, not within walls or just above a lava pit or something). The space within, unlike a normal Blank Canvas, can works just in the same way as the omniverse, any animals pictured exist, the rivers flow, and the fires burn. Rob has control over only objects he directly touches with his trusty paintbrush, however he can also paint inanimate obstacles with his brush as well while inside, though(he must physically paint it).
