Character history: Mori Hui was a clone of the Monkey King Mori Jin that was created to protect Mori Jin's friends while he stayed behind in the sage realm. Mori Hui eventually started developing his own personality and gaining his own experiences to separate himself from Mori Jin. Mori Hui Died protecting both his friends and the whole world from the evil God 666:Satan and faded away into nothingness after using up all of his power. Little did he know that he would be reincarnated into the Omniverse.

Yeoui is the sacred staff of the monkey king, it takes the shape of a 5 ft stone staff. Mori can use this staff in two ways, firstly is using it in his use of the staff-centric martial art Pumba.  He also uses it's ability to change it's size offensively by having it quickly extend itself and retract back to normal size, though doing this requires Mori to stand still while it extends and leaves him with only the option to drop Yeoui if he wants to avoid an attack coming at him while it extends.. The extention itself can reach up to 50 meters and takes about 2 seconds to fully extend, it hits about as hard as one of Mori's own strikes. After extension Mori can choose when it retracts but because of it's unwieldy length at full extension he typically doesn't fight with it fully extended, the retraction itself only takes 1 second.

Mori gathers up energy in his foot for 3 seconds as a blue dragon forms from his leg. He then lets out a mighty kick which sends the dragon at the opponent, clashing with explosive force. The dragon is 10 feet in diameter and travels as fast as a canonball. This is one of the most stamina draining moves in Mori's arsenal.

As far as I can see, this move is pretty golden. All you need is a drawback, nothing too major. This can be things such as its difficulty to hit with, the long time it takes to charge, the limited number of times it can be used, the fatigue or harm it inflicts on the user, or otherwise.

Also, you said that the staff can be extended in two seconds, but how long does it take for it to retract back to normal size? Does it retract immediately after striking foes?
